Hat did not have enough adjustment
Hat did not have enough adjustment for my head. Did not like their logo on the back of the hat. Hat was not directly embroidered, they embroidered a patch and sewed that on. Hat was shipped from Viet Nam and took a good deal of time to be delivered. All in all, not a great experience. Vendor subsequently offered me a replacement hat but took back the offer a few days later. I would approach with caution...

My New Hats
I ordered hats that had a different emblem than shown on the Web Page but Veteran Stitch was able to use the emblem I wanted. Got the three hats yesterday and they look great!!!! Highly recommend Veteran Stitch.
Too bad I can't post a picture as I would like to shoe 'em off!!!!

Great hat
Hat arrived and is great. Embroidery was perfect and he's loving his hat. Great compliments on the service and updates on time-line. I'd recommend to anyone looking for a gift for their soldier.

An outstanding experience with Veteran Stitch
An overall outstanding experience with Veteran Stitch. Ordered the BOGO, one cap for my time in the Corps and one cap to cover my time in the Navy. The embroidery on both hats is superb. These are now my favored attired when wearing my Veteran apparel.

The hat is "ok" but I was disappointed that it didn't match the picture on the page that I ordered from. Would have liked it better like the original.

Nicely styled caps
I really liked the design of these caps. The embroidery was excellent and the crown was high enough to look right. A lot of my other USMC caps have been either a wool blend or mesh and these seem to fit right between the too and are adjustable for comfort. I had mentioned Veteranstitch to several of my veteran friends and have since been able to show them and they have seemed impressed. Keep up the good work and thanks for some good quality products.

Nice hat poor business practices, Won't buy again.
The hat I received was perfect. They were offering a BOGO at the time but I only received one hat. Come to find out you had to order two hats. The instructions were deceiving and my order page said that the second hat was accounted for. Bait and switch to the max. I hate it when a veteran takes advantage of fellow veterans. I won't be purchasing there again. OH, by the way they did offer me the second (free) hat for a discounted price. Fool me once......

We never intend to mislead anyone, especially our fellow veterans. The BOGO deal did require two hats to be added to the cart (with one becoming free), and we realize now that the instructions may not have been as clear as they needed to be. That’s on us, and we’re already working to make future promotions clearer so no one feels caught off guard.

The embroidery changes everything. I have two other veteran caps that I wear, and this one is the best. The quality is much higher, and the embroidery gives a really professional look.

Totally unacceptable…
I had multiple issues with this company. From the sizing of the initial cap that was sent to the wrong rank and color of the Caps that was sent. Also the quality and type of fixtures on the cap we're not acceptable or as advertised. I would not recommend or use this company again. The excuse that I received from them was completely unacceptable because they took no responsibility for the shortcomings of an order that was over $100.

The hat is way too small
The stiching on the had is very nice. The hat its self is too small, I do not mean the hat band on the back, I wear a large size hat, and any hat I have I must remove the adjustable band on the back and add an elastic band to gain aa little more room. Your hat over all is smaller than any other hat I have ever had. I can wear this hat but is looks too small on me. Sorry for the poor revue.
