Very disappointed

I placed my order on the 11/9 and I didn't receive it until the 20/9. I did contact Vetsupply on the 19th to see where my parcel was as I was desperately needing it. As I am only 3 hours up the road this is not acceptable when parcels can be delivered in 2 days from other companies. Fastway Couriers could very much be to blame but if Vetsupply chooses to use them for their deliveries then that's on them. I will never buy from vetsupply again I don't care how cheap they are. 9 days for delivery is unacceptable when we are so close.

While the product quality was…

While the product quality was satisfactory, the delivery time was disappointing. Despite them stating it would take around 3 to 10 days, my order took longer than that. Considering I live in a metropolitan area, such delays are unacceptable. If you need your items in a timely manner, I’d recommend avoiding this site.

Half of order will expire before we can use it

Ordered 12 Nexguard Spectra for our dog in late June. Four 3-packs arrived, but 5 tablets will expire before they can be used (Feb 2025). Attempted to contact VS by phone, chat, DM and email--no response at all.

Cheap prices..…

Certainly most Vet Supply prices are lower than its competitors, although I've found the Orders take much longer to arrive; up to two weeks compared to a couple of days; I was not impressed with the packaging. I ordered Flea & Tick control chews. The item's packet had been squashed flat to fit into a small post envelope. Thankfully, it didn't look like the chews were damaged.

Great Value, No issues

They make vet meds much more accessible! I have never had a bad experience with this company. From reading the reviews on TP, it seems like customers should 1. Purchase ahead of time (You know exactly how long your supply will last) 2. Only buy a 6 month supply at a time.

From my experience & reading other reviews, it seems Vet Supply often do not meet their stated delivery timeframes. My order took 9 days to be dispatched. A week later on top of this, I am still waiting for delivery. If you can wait then that's fine, but as they sell animal supplies then there is usually a time frame that something is needed in. I allotted additional time for delays when ordering but not the 3 weeks that will pass by the time the order does arrive.

Vet Supply said it was that they temporarily ran out of stock. However, it is evident from reviews that this often happens & they are a drop ship company that does not care whether they meet their promised delivery times. If Vet Supply did have any real concern over this, they would have sent the items by Express Post once they realised they had no stock.

I was not even informed that my order wasn't going to fulfilled within the promised timeframe. This would have allowed me to cancel the order & purchase elsewhere. Now, I will have to purchase the products locally at a much higher cost to me in order to have them when I need them.

After FIVE emails over the course of a week to Vet Supply asking for a solution (do not expect quick communication either), they offered a discount on next purchase. Did not say how much the discount would be or give me a code to use supposed discount. After another email, said discount would be 7%. Which I feel is absolutely too low considering it is going to cost me over $100 extra to buy the items locally... Also still given no code for discount or applied to my account. So realistically not even given the 7% as I can't claim it.

Honestly, you might save a few dollars but it isn't worth the additional time & mental space to buy from here.

Ordered 2 products on February 14

Ordered 2 products on February 14, 2024 and they still haven't arrived 21/3. I had been in contact via email and phone, I was told they could dispatch another order and said it would be 7-10 days but I asked for a refund because the original order still hadn't arrived so why would I want another one! NEVER AGAIN!!

Ordered a 3 pack of purple Bravecto for…

Ordered a 3 pack of purple Bravecto for my cat which would cover the rest of this year, 40 weeks. On the day of delivery I noticed it expires in 8 weeks time. I have emailed VetSupply but have not had a reply. I will never purchase any products from them again. Be warned!!

Another absolute rubbish drop-shipping…

Another absolute rubbish drop-shipping company with next to zero accountability.

I ordered a year's supply of Nexgard Spectra less than 12mth ago (it is an expensive 1x tablet per month medication) thinking a) I would be well-prepared for the year ahead, and b) it was cheaper to buy in bulk.

However, I only realised into my second packet that they were expired in November. I took photos and their response (in poor English) was that my purchase was made too long ago for them to honour their wrong-doing.

BUYER BEWARE. They may be cheap, but they sell OLD STOCK and claim that it's YOUR problem.

That's $100 of product wasted (!)

Website not up to date with stock availability

I ordered online for products that appeared to be in stock. I then received a voice mail from a phone number my phone tagged as suspected spam telling me one item was out of stock and I needed to call. I checked the website number first and called. Very bad line and difficult to understand. I asked them to email me, no email sent. After a second call I advised the change in my order but they would only take my credit card over the phone. I asked for an email invoice but they will not do this. Dodgy and not safe in a world of credit card fraud. I was given a refund for the out of stock product, which I still need to buy, but I can't trust their website to know if items are in stock so may have to go through this all over again. Be very wary of ordering off their website.

I ordered advocate flea treatment and…

I ordered advocate flea treatment and some how nextgard was in my basket (which I definitely did not order as my dog has reacted to Nextgard) and payment went through and the customer service was not so great, told me I had to pay for their mistake with paying for posting it back!! This is not my fault, their website is dodgy all there email's went to my junk mail so I had no idea until it arrived (in rather unprofessional packaging)

I didn't get my parcel and being ball passed

I didn't get my parcel. Checked with the vetsupply and they said courier has delivered and asked me to go to the courier company. I checked with the courier company, they said it is delivered and asked me to check with the vet supply. Firstly, I have never got notified that my parcel is delivered. Secondly, the parcel was placed in the unsafe place (my mailbox is next to the busy street). When I requested to log a complaint, vetsupply said as the parcel is delivered, they cannot log a complaint. This is disappointing company and service.
