The team are very knowlegable and talk you through what is happening with your case/enquiery. They are very empathetic and supportive towards their clients.
Treat people as you would be like to be treated, the world woukd be a better place with respect for others.

I do not even know where to start. I was called a liar, victim shamed and abused by vico staff all this while battling stage 3 renal cancer and now expected to pay a debt they have admited I should not have. AVIOD AVOID AVOID

Wow,they have just installed a family next door,vico,do you do checks? Rubbish n food thrown in the hedge,beer bottles everywhere,mother rarely seen leaving kids running wild, banging,door slamming till past 11pm ,and its only been two week! Reported to u twice but zero return contact,, do not live next to a vico home,beware,, house up for sale,and ill lose thousands with whats next door,, thankyou for nothing vico,edit....despite promises by vico,nothings been done,garden full of rubbish since the start,( rats next no doubt,, ) belows just hollow words,several complains by several nieghbours, nothing,, as long as your getting your rent, doesnt matter it seems...edit2,they sent a form.cant report noise,abuse,shouting dirty gardens etc,,, vico gets their money,,doesnt care then

I couldn't be happier with the help I received today. The gentleman who came to fix my bathroom tap was not only extremely fast but also highly professional. What stood out to me the most was his respect for my space – he took off his shoes right at the door and left everything spotless. It is rare to see such great customer care these days. Very helpful and understanding

Crumbling pointing between red bricks not being addressed correctly. Been told vico won't spend the money on such building works that are in need due to the fact all properties need it. Apparently it's too much money to do all. My cctv has recorded the conversation. I'm appalled
