Thursday 28 August we had awnings…
Thursday 28 August we had awnings fitted to the deck. The awning closest to the wall appeared offline and the installer, Jack, advised that the deck was not level. We have since put a level on the deck and found it is level but the awning does not follow the board line therefore would skew the result. I’m no installer but I do wish to have this remedied as we feel that we should not pay for awnings that do not have a good visual feel or my be distorted and may reduce the life of the waning

Excellent service right from the initial measure and quote
From the initial measure and quote, to the check measure, to installation the whole process of ordering plantation shutters in our home was seamless. The entire Victory team was professional and knowledgeable. The salesperson, installer, scheduler and office staff all responded promptly and politely. Our shutters were available for installation when promised. The final result has elevated the look and feel of our home. We are very happy with the quality of our shutters.
