not much information was generated from using this service., which I expected.

The report doesn’t include maintenance records, but it does provide important details such as salvage history and major accidents, which is exactly what I was looking for.

While I did experience a few bumps on the road to getting a couple questions answered from Customer Service, I did finally get very specific and thorough answer regarding the features I was using.

VinAudit provides detailed and reliable information regarding a vehicle's history across a number of variables (title, accidents, maintenance, sales, etc.). Like all similar online companies some of their info could be found using other sites, and some was unique to their site. Their subscription fee was reasonable and well worth it as I researched my used vehicle purchase.

I like that the reports are easy to read and understand!

I paid 10 dollars to get summary of the car i want to buy.but i got information dates to 2022 .the odometer is 100 k and it said 45 k.the car been in an accident wad told by my mechanic and nothing shown on the report.blatant theft

I purchased a report from Vinaudit but did not receive the report immediately. I emailed them although I thought could be another scam online. It took sometime before I received a reply but I am glad they replied back with the report I needed!

The link that was emailed to me was broken when I went to print the report to sell my truck. I reached out vis their chat and the agent wasn't able to help me with any of my needs. She just told me to wait for support to reach out because she emailed them. When asked how long it would take I was given the answer of 24 to 48 hours.This is very inconvenient considering I need the report right away to sell the vehicle.

Very good chat with agent. Was disappointed a motorcycle vin entered came up with very little info. Glad I decided to question as I really liked the bike. Quick response to let me know they don’t have more info on motorbike.

After writting the below review about my experience, I received a phone call from vinaudit. They apologized and said their office had been closed when I called. Im not sure why the emails bounced back as undelivered. They followed through with sending a vin report. They offered a refund within 24hours.

Untrustworthy. I used the vin report May 2025 as it advertised as an instant report. My visa was billed and I never received a report. Tried phoning the customer service number in both canada and usa. Canadian number is not in working order. American customer service number took me to a voicemail that said it was full and hung up. Emailed both Canadian and American customer service email and both said they were undelivered.
