Just ran a history report for a 2008…
Just ran a history report for a 2007 vehicle. the only thing that came back was one registration in 2007 and one in 2024. I ran the carfax and it had a registration and odometer reading every year, ton of service records, etc. I contacted the company and they offered to refund my order which they did.

They were honest and accountable.
I didn't get a helpful report, but I was made to feel very Listened to and Valued as a customer.

Customer service is great.
Customer service is second to none. The report did not provide the vehicle service history. I was immediately contacted by customer service who, promptly issued a refund.

Ik werd benaderd via AutoScout, omdat ze zogezegd je auto willen kopen. Het enige wat je moet doen is een rapport opsturen. Als je dit gedaan heb, hoor je er niks meer van. Pas op ze gebruiken meerdere accounts!!!!

Dit is fraude! Mijn auto stond te koop op
Internet. Ik werd benaderd door iemand die de auto wil kopen voor vraagprijs mits ik rapport van deze website kan overleggen (en uiteraard betalen). Heb sterk de indruk dat mails door een robot zijn gemaakt want ze hadden de advertentie niet goed gelezen. Waarschijnlijk methode om je een waardeloos rapport te laten kopen.
Naar aanleiding van reactie eigenaar. Ja: het is echte een verzoek om vinaudit.com te bezoeken!

Dangerous. Got an email from a scammer asking me to use this. I'm not even in the USA and my vehicle wouldn't possibly on this website. They came through AutoScout24.

Nothing is correct from the info from the car after payment and gives nothing from specifications about the history from the car!
My car is from 2016 and the info they give me the car is from 2001??!!

Nach Eingabe der VIN getäuscht worden
Nach Eingabe der VIN, lässt die Anzeige der Eingabemaske einen glauben, dass die richtigen Fahrzeugdaten verfügbar sind und ein vollständiger Bericht abgerufen werden kann. Sobald bezahlt wurde, musste ich allerdings feststellen, dass VIN und Daten zum Fahrzeug nicht übereinstimmen bzw. überhaupt nicht stimmten und nicht im Kleinsten aussagefähig waren.

Received a wrong rapport
I give my vin number and see the right car, a mini. after payment I receive a report of a completely different brand with a completely different vin number.

Absolute scam. It's says will provide all kinds of info and after you check out only provides general information easy to find without paying. Don't waste your money with this service.
And to add to the insult no refunds, of course.
