Everything went well. We got all help we needed. They always answered so fast. The owner was so helpful.

VIP-Booking did a great job from start to finish, providing all necessary information without being asked, which included very thorough details, including videos. Our apartment in Levanto was secure, clean, well-furnished and well-stocked and our hosts were kind enough to check in with a reminder when it came time to leave. We had a wonderful stay and give them our highest recommendation.

Levanto was so much more than we could have ever anticipated. Booking with VIP- Booking is worry free.
Will do this again.

We had a lovely stay in levanto! Great accommodations, wonderful hosts, highly recommend! We booked thru Airbnb but would definitely book directly through them next time.

Our stay in Levanto with VIP booking Vacation was picture perfect! Mauro and his wife welcomed us at the train station and gave us lots of recommendations to help make our vacation fun and relaxing. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we neeeded.

We loved the place and the apartment. The apartment was well equipped and vey clean. The pool was large, very clean and quiet. The apartment is missing a terrace but it has a beautiful sea view to compensate for the lack of it. We appreciated also very much the fact that the each window had a mosquito net. My daughter is allergic to mosquitos and this made all the difference. The host was a real treasure - very kind and very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great communication with the property managers from the day of the booking and throughout the whole trip. Easy to check-in. There was someone there to greet us and show us around. Everyone was really nice and helpful. The property itself was amazing as well. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It had all the tools we needed. The view of the sea from the apartment balcony was breathtaking. Perfect to enjoy the sunset.

The accommodation was exactly as shown on the site.
Their communication is spot on! They communicate before your arrival about the route etc. By arrival there was a very nice host who accompanied us to the accommodation to explain everything about the house and the surroundings. And also during your stay they react quickly.

The host was wonderful from before the stay, during and after. Very organised, arranged the beds how we wanted. They also picked us up from the station and kindly drove us to the accomodation. One of our party left some jewellery behind and they sent it abroad for us. Honestly went above and beyond - couldn’t have been better!

Amazing property and AMAZING hosts!!
This property exceeded all of our expectations! To start, the apartment we got “Blueberry” was very spacious, clean, and cozy with amazing views! What made our experience was the hosts…they were so sweet and attentive to all of our needs and questions. They even went out of their way to give assistance with our travel logistics into the town of Levanto. Overall, a great experience!!

Under these circumstances with covid-19, where everything is uncertain, it's great to have booked a place, where they refund our entire payment, even that they where not applied to do that.
So I can only give my best reccomdation to this booking company.

Very unfortunately the Swiss government decided to put Liguria on the list of countries/regions restricted for travel. As a result I had to cancel my booking for an apartment in Levanto. I informed my agent Mauro Bricca last Saturday and was very surprised to get back his answer almost immediately. And I was extremely pleased that Mauro was able to confirm to me that the full payment made will be refunded. This confirmed my positive experience with the booking process right from the beginning, as everything went very fast and smoothly. And Mauro‘s English is impeccable indeed!

I will definitely be back for my next booking!

Excellent service from VIP Booking! Mauro was allways frandly helpfull and fast in answering. They were very accomodating because we had to cancel under unusual circulstances.

VIP-Booking are very nice and kind people. The contact was unsophisticated and friendly. They are very flexible and gave us a treat by thinking of Kids Bed/chairs and other important things to us. They asked what our needs are and were willing to really help us at any time.

We booked the apartment in Levanto and were really looking forward to our vacations. Unfortunately the swiss government has decided one day before our departure to add Liguria to the list of regions that require quarantine on the return trip. No problem for VIP-booking, we got our payment back immediately and uncomplicated! We will certainly try again next year and hope the corona crisis will be over by then
