If only we’d gone to butlins sooner
I’ve struggled to find decent duvets and pillows in the past, and really wanted to replace our current ones as even they weren’t that old they we falling apart and pillows had become thin. Looked up vision linens after going to butlins and finding their pillows nice. We ended up buying various items from here and happy with all of them so far, and especially with the price. It’s really reasonable. It took away the worry if it didn’t work out.

Liddell Premium Down Pillow, Firm
Fantastic pillows, expensive but cheaper than anywhere else. Like sleeping on a cloud, supportive but soft, head stays cool and no allergy problems.
First class service and quick delivery.

The duck feather and down pillows I received are excellent quality and give a good night's sleep without a sore neck in the morning. Highly recommended.

Complications with deliveries.
Excellent products at brilliant prices, but three weeks on and a missing part of my order still hasn't arrived ! There seems to be a problem with orders and deliveries, a few months ago I received someone else’s huge order by mistake! On contacting the company I was asked if I would take it to a post office for them! I informed them that the box was too heavy to lift, so I had to be at home for a delivery company to collect it

I renew my pillows every year
I renew my pillows every year, but have never bought the same pillow more than once as I have never found THE ONE. I stayed at a hotel recently which had the best pillows - I checked what they were and they were Vision. As soon as I got back home, I ordered them and have not been dissapointed. Very easy to order (and very reasonably priced too) and arrived within a few of days.

The importance of a label.....
I'd come across these towels at an hotel I'd stayed at and was very impressed. Looked at the label, and sent off for a pair of bath sheets straightaway, very prompt delivery at a good price for a very, very good pair of towels

Single bed topper
Brought a single bed topper on the recommendation of my daughter & she’s right it’s like sleeping on a cloud
Paid for next day delivery but it didn’t arrive until the day after which wasn’t very good as it was £12
