Wanted pillows used in Hilton Gatwick.like sleeping on a cloud. Website said the premier suite pillow was nearest but it is not. Harder than expected , comfortable but not sleeping on a cloud . Shame... Voir plus

Needs a minimum of 2 weeks to ship
Unfortunately at the time of purchase I did not appreciate that Vision Linens needs a good 2 weeks to ship their items. The Irish Linen napkins I ordered turned up after I had left Ireland and forwarding them to where I am now is both complicated and expensive. I am very disappointed. I cannot comment on the product, which may well be lovely, but when placing an order, please allow an plenty of time!

Hi. Thanks for your feedback. Apologies about the long lead time, but we need to state that it's only Republic of Ireland orders that can take 2 weeks to arrive. UK orders are delivered within 2-4 working days, or sooner if next working day delivery is chosen. The longer lead time for Irish orders is something that is currently out of our control. We'd love to deliver them quicker if we could.
We make it clear on our delivery page that Irish orders could take more than 14 working days to arrive. There is a large notice at the top of that page that says 'IMPORTANT INFO FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK' and it's repeated again in the table further down that page. Sheets and covers arrived smelling of mist. Had to be dry cleaned before use. Very disappointing

After 8 days of waiting for…
After 8 days of waiting for confirmation of dispatch and delivery I queried it. Told me the pillows had been dispatched. They arrived 2 days later so obviously not sent until I queried it. Product however is 1st class so would buy from again but just won’t leave 8 days before I chase them. Hopefully it was a one-off.

Shopping experience was easy
Shopping experience was easy. The delivery arrived quickly and the pillows are like sleeping on a cloud. I purchased them after a hotel stay and researched where the hotel chain purchased them.
