Initially there was a problem with my order but it was resolved very quickly and delivered fast. Communication was great. Products are very good and great prices.
Really nice quality serviettes, delivered on time as ordered, with good updates. We'll certainly look at ordering from here again.

In the past I have bought expensive pillows but none have given me such a good nights sleep. They were also great value for money and the quality of the pillowcases is exceptional.

Quality with fast delivery
Fast delivery. We ordered a large table cloth and plain white pillowcases. We were absolutely delighted with the products. I might even customise the table cloth with fabric prints. The quality of the cotton was just what we needed. Great company nice to get away from the generic online market place. Great!

The pillow is fine
The pillow is fine, but it's just not the one I wanted. I loved the pillow from a hotel I stayed in and I thought I was ordering that one, which felt like a cloud to sleep on.

Good experience except unstable in quantity
The experience is generally good, but instead of 6 pillows in the cardboard box there were only 5.
The mismatch is the amount for which I paid and what came.
The blanket is very cool. The pillows are too thin.
It's strange that on the same day when I wrote a letter that they delivered less than I paid, there was no answer.

Very comfortable pillows
The pillows I required were out of stock but there was an option for them to let me know when they were back in stock so I used that. Once ordered they were promptly delivered and even put in my garage as requested!
I have had the pillow before and wanted them for my son and his partner as they thought the pillows were excellent.

Lovely jumper
Jumper was lovely but a size too small. I emailed the company and got a same day reply with system to get replacement in larger size. System couldn’t have been simpler and jumper is just as expected.
