Initially there was a problem with my order but it was resolved very quickly and delivered fast. Communication was great. Products are very good and great prices.
Really nice quality serviettes, delivered on time as ordered, with good updates. We'll certainly look at ordering from here again.

Absolutely Brilliant service
Absolutely Brilliant service! Cannot fault and great products which were processed and sent very quickly at a very good price and over Christmas! Amazing!
Although the courier was useless and left item on the doorstep we live in a terrace with no front garden so effectively just left in the street.

When I ordered
When I ordered, I received no email and no emails updating me on its delivery.
The website sates 3-4 days delivery, my delivery took 8.
The girls in customer service were very polite but had no real answers.

Thanks for your feedback, we really appreciate it. Apologies for the delay with your order. We suffered a glitch with our system that held some orders back. Unfortunately, yours was one of the orders affected. Apologies that nobody got in touch to let you know.
In regards to emails. I've checked our order tracking inbox and I can confirm we sent an order processing email and a second order dispatched email along with a DPD tracking number. It may have been caught in your spam filter or been blocked by your email provider altogether. Apologies for this, but unfortunately they don't always get through.

Had no indication when it was due for delivery contacted customer service and they got back to me with the detail promptly.

Could do better
Price was great , communication was rubbish.Had to phone to chase order. Then parcel arrived quickly. Confusing because sale appeared to go through other companies.

Apologies for the delay in your order being dispatched. There was a fluke with your order where it got stuck in the system, so it wasn't actually sent down to the warehouse. It wasn't noticed until a few days later when it was manually checked. Apologies that nobody kept you in the loop about this.
The confusion with different companies is because the WestPoint Home UK website is owned by Vision Linens, so you may have received emails from Vision Linens. Apologies for the confusion.

It seems that the original order was lost by DPD, and when you chased us up about it, one of our colleagues emailed you about it on the 22nd of February at 13:26 and explained that we were chasing this up with DPD.
