Viva transfers Avis 

They cancelled our pick up at Tenerife South airport before we landed said because of the delay the driver couldn't wait...There was NO delay!
So their excuse wasn't valid!
Absolutely disgusting... we will never use this company again

First time back in Fuerteventura for a few years, booked villa and flights independently and decided to use Viva for our transfers. They were excellent throughout, online booking was straightforward, confirmed details and emailed us reminders a few days prior to our arrival and departure dates. Driver waiting for us at the agreed time on arrival and again at our villa on our final day. Very professional throughout and with a very competitive price would have no hesitation in using them again.

Having used this company several times over the last few years, and every transfer has been excellent, my husband and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you again for your excellent service and experience on our most recent trip 25/09/2023 - 02/10/2023.
The transfer to and from resort was first class, it was a very memorable experience for us this time, first experience in your electric Mercedes, pure luxury, we were treated like royalty, or maybe someone important/famous, it was such a delight, it was the same on our return journey to the airport too. May I also mention that your drivers/chauffeurs are impeccable, courteous, and pristine in everyway, they are a credit to your team providing an excellent first class service, again we thank you.

Avoid this company we were delayed 3 hours from Edinburgh last Monday the 18th on arrival at Gran Canaria we had a text message informing us they had cancelled our transfer.They knew we were delayed but tried to call us mid flight
Note the taxi we got to the resort was actually cheaper than the pre paid transfer

We were delayed 3 hours on a recent flight to Fuerteventura, but Viva driver was waiting for us at the new arrival time. We have used Viva on several occasions before and have always had brilliant service. On our recent trip the 2 drivers were professional, friendly efficient. Their vehicles were immaculate. Will have no desitation in using Viva in the future. A 1st. class service. Well done Viva.

Excellent service from Viva transfers. I unfortunately had to cancel this trip but was refunded immediately. On all the occasions I have used their service over the years I've had no problems at all.

great company, process is smooth and clear instructions. in the end flight cancelled due to uk air transport control issue and viva refunded. unlike gatwick ncp who has not refunded us....

Cancelled our pickup due to flight being delayed by 25 minutes. I texted to say we would be half an hour late but despite this I received a message while on the plane to say the booking had been cancelled. No attempt to find us another driver.

Shocking service, texted me the day before to see if we would share private transfer with other people! Left stranded at airport, made to feel it was my fault!

Used this company for years but now they have become far too expensive!!!!

I have used Viva Transfers on a number of occasions over the last few years and the service as been excellent , they are always at the Airport to greet me and 5 minutes early to pick me up for my return journey to the Airport. And if I have needed to change my pick up times it as not been a problem. I must mention that Sabrina Illescas as always responded to my emails in a speedy manner and a friendly way. I would recommend the company to everybody travelling to Tenerife.

Booked transfer from Tenerife Airport to Hotel.
No one to meet us at airport. Was directed to kiosk where I handed over paperwork after a lengthy wait and lady made a telephone call.
Ushered outside to a taxi with no air conditioning and a very rude, unpleasant taxi driver.
When you pay for a private transfer you do not expect to end up in a grubby taxi.
Emailed Viva Transfers but they were not interested!!
Used previously with no problems but service has certainly gone downhill.

I couldn't ask for anymore.Both pickups were on time and the vehicles were clean and spacious.

Fabulous service nervous as we had a bus company not turn up before booked with another company the driver was waiting for us at the airport the bus was great and the pick up home prompt organised well many thanks holiday :- Fuerteventura

Transfer booked weeks ahead for my 18 year old daughter so she didn’t have to worry on arrival at Tenerife South late at night. She arrived around 11pm and after looking for the driver called the number only to find out that her transfer had been cancelled, apparently due to a shortage of drivers! Avoid if you want a guaranteed transfer on arrival….

Booked return transfers from Tenerife South Airport to Costa Adeje. Excellent communication from Gloria at Viva Transfers and they even allowed me to amend my return pick up time the day before I was due to be collected. A top service and a big thank you to Gloria and the team. I’d highly recommend Viva Transfers to anyone.

I highly recommended Viva Tranfers fpr their efficient and quality service provided. Arrangements for transport from South Tenerife Airport to resort: Costa Adeje, was a most enjoyable experience and, to add, at a very, very, reasonable price. Pick up times were spot on ( as per my requirements). Wonderful air conditioned modern transport immaculate interior and exterior plus very friendly and Courteous drivers.
A wonderful company .Nothing too much trouble.

Booked this company to take us to and from the airport in Lanzarote. Had some reservation as didn't receive the booking confirmation on email. Was no need to worry as the driver was waiting in the airport . The driver was on time in both directions which was reassuring. Would recommend.
