I placed an order and one of the parts was faulty and when I reported it they responded promptly and replaced the faulty order.

Great experience. Customer service very helpful and sorted query out straight away. Even followed up a week later to make sure all was good.

I have recently had to change my password and was having trouble accessing my account so after so much frustration I eventually rang Vivup and Emily was amazing. She advised me reason was account was locked and how I could change email and also advised the reset password. Emily also offered to stay on line whilst I did password reset .. so kind - maybe she could tell I was not comfortable with technology and panicking in case I was left to my own devices. Anyway due to her customer service and assistance and patience I’m logged back in. Thank you 🙏 Emily Happy discount day 👏

Having used a retirement award to purchase vouchers that I was subsequently unable to use on items I wished to purchase, I contacted customer servcies and spoke to Alexsandra who efficiently resolved this issue and issued new vouchers for me.
