I ordered an iPhone case from Vogueen mainly because I wanted something a bit more personal than the usual plain options. I wasn’t expecting anything extraordinary at this price point, but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived.

The case feels solid in hand and doesn’t have that cheap plastic feeling you sometimes get with similar products.

The customization options were easy to use, and what I received actually matched what I designed, which isn’t always the case with online orders.

Once I started using it, I noticed it holds up well to daily use. Overall, for the price, it feels like a very reasonable purchase.

The fit is spot-on, and the raised edges give me peace of mind. I’m already eyeing my next one!!

Bought two cases at the beginning of January and they were the wrong size. Tried to immediately remedy the situation. No response from the company via any of their purported methods of communication. Not at the beginning of January nor any week since(I have tried contacting multiple times weekly since the purchase). Not answering calls. Not returning emails. Not responding to chat box. Despite the website saying "24/7" communication and "usually responds within 24 hrs".

I guess I am out money. My mistake. Avoid this company if you value customer service.

If I could have put no stars I would. I ordered an airpods pro case. Not only did they send me the wrong size, but it was also absolutely nothing like the picture. Just a bit of rubbish rubber. I have emailed customer service twice over the last few weeks to get a refund and return it, but have heard nothing back. Complete disgrace. It's an absolute shame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

I have been trying to get a hold of someone to get a return packing slip since the case is not magsafe and I didn't realize this. I have not gotten a return email and the customer service number just rings with no answer. I would NEVER order from here again. I guess I lost my money!!!! I think it's shameful that the Shop app has their company on here if it has such poor customer service!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! FAKE Apple Iphone 16 phone case. Magsafe is weak and silicone is cheap rubber. Wouldn't trust my phone in it!

Received my order and really disappointed to receive a fake Apple iphone case. The colour is not as described and the silicone is stiff and brittle. It's 100% fake and unsurprisingly Vogueen customer service are ignoring my emails and the 24/7 chat is a joke. I'll be contacting my credit card company to report the fraud. Please don't trust the positive reviews, it's easy to manufacture these.

Just noticed that Voqueen lists me as having written a “verifiable review” and giving them five-star props in 09/2021. I never purchased anything from them in that year or even close. Sham is the best I can say about the company

I’ve tried to contact them with no response to cancel an item before being shipped. According to there rules they will as long as it isn’t in processing or being shipped, they haven’t response to emails or chats to help, now it’s moved to shipping…seems intentional
