Voltanic Solar Avis

Amazing company to deal with. Great price on products and first class customer service. Always quick to respond and communications made easy through a WhatsApp channel. Would highly recommend

I was looking for a solar setup that included everything I would need and came across Voltanics advert on Facebook. On further enquiries not only did the setup include a free gift but the price was very competitive. Needless to say I ordered the setup and it was promptly delivered a few days later packaged well and all parts in good condition. I had a couple of queries that the team at Voltanics promptly answered which then enabled me to crack on with the
installation. All in now and working very nicely. A personable approach in the marketing with these guys makes the purchase and installation so much easier. Will definitely be using again.

arrived on time but have not installed yet to try looks a lot better than old panel

Great service and deliveries. Even when there was a slight delay in battery shipment (outwith Voltanic control), I was kept informed, the delay minimised, and the delivery surprisingly prompt thereafter.
All products seem to be good value and quality for money, based on other on-line suppliers, and pre-purchase advice was very useful. Would recommend.

As advertised and delivered on time. Works well.

I purchased a solar kit for my car which arrived promptly. When the panel arrived it was obvious I had misread the dimensions because it was huge.

After getting in contact with them via WhatsApp, they had no issue arranging the panel to be collected and a smaller one delivered.

Throughout the ordering and post sales process, their support has been nothing short of exceptional.

The little booklets they deliver with their products are easier to understand, even for superior with absolutely no experience of putting a system together.

Thoroughly recommend

The goods were delivered promptly and were as described.

I received a solar panel with a bent frame. Voltanic customer service responded quickly and a replacement panel was sent.

Excellent service and verry helpful pre sale .

We required a system to power a goat shed with lighting and a 2 amp milking machine. From the beginning, Jason was by far the most proficient and knowledgeable of the three companies we chose to contact. His responses to our numerous questions were timely and his explanations gave us the confidence that we were buying the right system. We were particularly pleased that he persuaded us not to buy certain elements that he deemed unnecessary, which contrasted with another firm who tried to persuade us into a system that would have been complete overkill. System has been in place for a few days and appears to be ideal but obviously too early to comment on it's longevity.

An absolutely fantastic company, personal service to check everything is in order, and the inverter is a fantastic piece of kit
