I wanted a bracelet to complement my dress ring and I was shown a range which would be suitable. One particular stood out and it was prefect match.

A very personal service. Everyone in the shop is interested in you, not just the person looking after you. Everyone chips in with a thought or piece of useful advice. They're interested in you. We just happen to have been to Selfridge's where the exact opposite is true, staff more interested in themselves than their customers.

Yet another enjoyable visit to Powells!!
As always our first stop when we visit Chester is this wonderful family owned jewellers and as always the ever changing window display grabs your attention and curiosity, it is not the usual high street super bright dazzling window displays requiring sunglasses, instead it is a very tasteful eclectic display artistically presented.

I was buying an item for myself for a special birthday.
The circumstances made me feel quite emotional but the staff were sensitive to the situation and were very kind to me. I left Powells wearing my new ring and feeling very thrilled ! I haven’t taken it off yet!

Really lovely experience getting some heirloom jewellery remade into a new bespoke piece. From valuations through the design stage to realisation of the actual pendant, I was kept well informed all the way.
Amy gave en pointe guidance and had a great understanding of the whole process, as well as the emotions associated with handed down jewellery. It was a pleasure, and I am delighted with my new pendant.
