Founda piece of jewellery i have been…
Found a piece of jewellery i have been searching for for years....Amy was extremely sensitive to a " silly overwhelmed old women"
We also tried to purchase another ring which was too small, again Amy said she would find out if it could be enlarged and would contact us later in the day. This she did as promised but unfortunately couldn't be done. As far as we are concerned Amy went way beyond her role to help us. Thank you

A different jeweler refused the repair, Powells completed it within 3 days. Communication was excellent throughout, quality of repair was perfect.
