Great company with sleek looking products. Had a small problem and the WhatsApp reply was swift and helpful.
A+ stuff is up on the roof, I've just got to figure out how to hold my stuff on the wall without it looking hotdog. It does say test the panel before you fit it, I've not done this. Pray for me.
Thanks for the sweets in the package, just what I needed at the time of install. Delicious.

Top quality service 👏
The inverter arrived promptly but unfortunately the order was incorrect so I contacted Voltanic Solar by WhatsApp explaining the issue. Jason almost immediately replied and was very apologetic explaining all would be rectified quickly. Bearing in mind it was nearly 8pm I was really impressed this guy cared enough to contact me so soon and reassure me all would be put right. Jason explained that it must have been a mix up at the warehouse and said that I could keep the extra parts I didn't order and he would refund me the cost of part of the order as further compensation, that's when the penny dropped that this was Jason's business. Jason kept me updated and within a couple of days the parts arrived. I a world where shoddy service seems to be the norm this fella is a breath of fresh air and I wish him all the best for the future. I haven't installed my new inverter yet but I bench tested it and it works a treat. I would certainly highly recommend this company if you want quality equipment at a very competitive price backed up with second to none service.

Réponse de Voltanic Solar
Hi Mike,
Thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear the mounting brackets were missing, that absolutely shouldn't have happened, and we'd love the chance to make it right for you.
We'd be happy to send out the missing parts right away. Since your order was placed a few weeks ago, I understand if you've already sourced the brackets elsewhere. In that case, we'll gladly issue a refund instead. Our team will reach out to you shortly via email and phone to resolve this.
My apologies for any inconvenience caused by this mistake but it's great to hear you were otherwise satisfied with your order. We hope to fix this for you today. Thanks again for your support!
