Quick delivery I already have a pole headge trimmer and with my health issues. I needed something lighter so I got this hedge trimmer not tried it yet but it works and feels like it will do a good job

I would keep well away
Made a email claim on a two year warranty on a electric mower and six days later they haven't even responded. Did attempt to telephone but but just as bad, waiting and waiting....... Nothing no answer.
Note: 30/9/26 - Von Haus finally contacted me by email and referred me to Robert Dyas the agent who I bought the mower from. I spoke to Robert Dyas today and they say their products are only covered for 12 months and I should get back to Von Haus. Not good! I got the telephone number for Von Haus from Robert Dyas and although it is their correct number it wasnt in use and a message referred me to their web site for assistance.
All to say the least prity useless to me and if you are reading this I would keep well away ftom this company.
Not to give up, I have now emailed Von Haus again as advised by Robert Dyas.
Note finally this problem has now been resolved although not for the faint hearted! VonHaus have replaced my motor. Thank you VonHaus but this should have been easier with claiming on a warranty and needs updating/clearly explained/one number contact.

It a good deep fat fryer
It a good deep fat fryer. So easy to keep clean. Gets to temperature very quickly and cooks nicely. The price was brilliant and it fits neatly in my cupboard.

Vertical stack extension with multiple plug sockets and USB sockets. Why did nobody think of this before?! Excellent, sturdy quality, auto cut outs etc . Delivered in 2 days. I'm impressed.

Absolute joke
Absolute joke, ordered a tool to complete my job was due Monday, never arrived at all, gave up and cancelled order on the Friday. The problem is Evri but Vonhaus choose to use them. No attempt was made to ship another item next day i was left to wait and see if the tool would ever turn up.
