Absolute joke
Absolute joke, ordered a tool to complete my job was due Monday, never arrived at all, gave up and cancelled order on the Friday. The problem is Evri but Vonhaus choose to use them. No attempt was made to ship another item next day i was left to wait and see if the tool would ever turn up.

Ordered 2 Vonhaus oil radiators and on…
Ordered 2 Vonhaus oil radiators and on deliver one of them was damaged. Reported it to the support team via email. Received a reply within the 24hrs period and a replacement will be sent my home address.
The damaged item was arranged by the support team to be collected from my house. Overall it was a very good customer level of service. Excellent.

Brilliant Service (yet again)
The ordering process was very simple and the goods were dispatched extremely quickly. I have dealt with the company for a few garden items and have always found them extremely helpful and efficient. Light weight but powerful.
Besides looking good it is powerful enough to cut our bushes and black berry.
Quick charging on that point you get a battery and charger included in the price unlike others around the price point you then have to spend another £40 on top.

Vonhaus 20L smart dehumidifier I love it!!
I bought the 20L smart Vonhous dehumidifier and gave it 24 hours before I turned it on, so it would settle after delivery. I was absolutely delighted with it. I’m over the moon for example tried and tested it, just for 1.5 hours. My humidity, in my large living room, was 70% which it is a bit on the high side and showing - 2 red lines at the front, I put it on to standard humidifying setting and was absolutely delighted with the progress, at 63%- 2 green lines then came on at the front, as it reached 57% humidity which is 13% lower, showing two green lines which is only 7.2p for my electricity cost, my electricity tariff , is 24pence per KWH. For me this dehumidifier does exactly was it,s designed to do, 😊 it,s a great make and a great price with speedy delivery. It,s super economical to run, it has castors on it, so you can move it from room to room easily and insert handles to grip at either side to carry-it. It connects to Alexa, so it saves you from running up and down the stairs, if you choose to have it upstairs in a bedroom or on clothes drying mode or work it from your phone with a smart plug, either way I feel these are fantastic features. The machine itself is lovely to look at, but quite heavy if you need to carry it and very sturdy. But it’s a fantastic buy!!! Would highly recommend it!!

Really good product
Really good product, did a great job on my lawn! Only grumble is the instructions has a niggling error on how to fit one of the largely irrelevant bits of plastic on the handle to keep the wires out of the way. Probably my error in understanding, and just a. niggle, basically a great product.

My wife and myself needed to replace things in the kitchen, so I browsed the web, and everything seemed identical, very boring, but then I saw what I call Antique style, and I fell in love immediately, and made the order. Diffixcut to build and regret buying it
I bought a dumping garden cart, the instructions were they worst, I had to copy another cart being build you show basic diaphragm bot showing which which,way parts are attached, stickers should help thy nuts but bolts extremely cheaply made the screws thread veryeasy, mines doesn't even tip, I'm not takg it apart as it took me over three hours to build, for any future items if this is your instructions I will be shopping elsewhere it wasn't cheap so lessened learned do your research o instructions, it's was the hardest build I ever attempted and I build thingz all the time would not recomend this company quality and instructions

If only there was a zero my last…
If only there was a zero my last purchase can only be described as 100%rubbish from the moment I took it out of the box I should have put it back in and returned it ,holes were to big for the fittings they kept dropping out the mdf was of poor quality unfinished on the edges just impossible to erect parts kept dropping out it's now gone to the TIP
