Bad customer service, received fan without power cable more than 5 emails and nothing....avoid this scammers

This was my second purchase. Buying direct from Vortex was less hazardous than other suppliers. Although took more than week to get to me.

Delivered quickly by your courier. Third one I’ve purchased. One for me and two (including the air filter) for my two girls.

Received a fan very late. It doesn’t even power on, have been trying to contact the company for a month about returning item and receiving a full refund. Heard nothing. This is a total scam and I would like to warn others not to buy from them

Beautiful product. I've only just got it for a week hence the 4 Star. Everything functions well as described. I'll put the heating function to practical test of normal use in winter. So far no complaints.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Absolute disgrace of a company. Order placed months ago with next day delivery. Still received nothing.

Company eventually emailed me saying I will be sent a partial refund and an upgraded fan… no surprises that neither of these have been honoured. No sign of the fan coming any time soon despite it now being the agreed updated delivery date.

The amount of other reviews show this company get a kick out of selling imaginary fans and taking money off of people without sending anything.

Multiple follow up emails sent and calls made with no reply.

Stay far away from this scam.

The h2 oasis counter top machine does an incredible job at filtering water and making it taste great while putting your mind at rest knowing you have healthier water.
However no matter how many times you flush the machine, the ppm value is horribly inconsistent. Which is not what you want when your purpose for buying an RO machine is to reduce contaminants in your drinking water.
But my H2 oasis machine is still young so im eager to see it through.

Fan delivered in good time and it works very well. I have no issues and I am very happy with it.

Only problem so far is ppm readings higher than expected 133-260

I purchased the Vortex Air Pro Bladeless Tower Fan on 06/07. The product’s oscillation was far more limited than advertised, so I requested a return on 12/07, providing multiple photos.

After hearing nothing back, I sent a follow‑up on 19/07. On 21/07, Vortex Air finally replied, offering a £30 goodwill gesture to keep the fan or asking me to reconfirm if I wanted to return it. I responded on 22/07 confirming clearly that I do want to return the item.

Since then, I have sent multiple follow‑up emails on 25/07, 27/07, 28/07, and 01/08. As of today, I have still not received any return instructions, acknowledgement, or progress. The lack of communication is unacceptable and has made the return process extremely difficult.

Additionally, their promotional emails claim a Trustpilot rating of 4.4/5, yet the actual rating on Trustpilot is 3.3/5. This discrepancy raises serious concerns about misleading advertising.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise other shoppers to avoid Vortex Air until they improve their customer service and ensure their marketing is accurate.

Update as of 18/08/26: Still pending a response from Vortex to confirm the return process. When are you likely to reply to my request 161885?

Annoyed that I have to give this company even 1 star. I ordered a fan on 27/5/26 and despite advertising next day delivery did not receive it until 17/6/26. I decided to return it as I was not pleased with its performance for the price. I requested to return for a full refund on 23/6/26 and am still awaiting for this to be actioned. I took up my complaint with Resolver UK and eventually received a reply on 21/7/26 asking me to take a partial refund of £30 to save the “hassle” of returning the fan. I declined this and again asked for a full refund. I am still awaiting a reply from them. No information on how or where to return the fan and no communication about a refund. Terrible customer service, AVOID like the plague

The fan sounds like an aeroplane taking off.
Very awkward about returns - slow and try to fob you off with a partial refund - the usual games played by poor faith retailers.
Do not buy!

I have tried and tried to get in touch with vortex. I have had no reply at all. I have not received my fan. The delivery company did not deliver on the requested day. They left it on the doorstep whilst I was not at home. Delivery company did have said I need to contact vortex for them to get the photo of where the parcel was left. Vortex are just totally ignoring my request. Very disappointed and £179 out of pocket.

Purchased 2 airgo fans, not fit for purpose so tried to contact Vortexair to send them back, despite emailing and waiting several weeks ( not just 48 hours) no reply, call them ! Joke, wait in queue for 30 minutes to be told by a recorded msg to email them when at queue 1 !! Avoid this company like the plague!!

I ordered two fans and one didn't arrive I then got an email offering me a alternative fan, I just want my money back and they are ignoring me. Terrible and wouldn't recommend

Offered fans for Next Day Delivery. Took 3 weeks to deliver the most useless piece of cheap tat I've ever bought- it was more helpful asking my 5 year old to blow on my forehead than to sit in front of it.
£135 spent for something not even worth £20.

Offered me £30 partial refund to reduce stress of returning item... exposing that items would be returned overseas rather than the nearby place that supposedly was going to deliver 'Next Day' !

Scammers and thieves- go to Lidl and get the same product for £60 (but it actually works properly, unlike this garbage.)
