Avoid. I rarely have tracking issues with purchases, but other cashback sites do whatever they can to help in case of issues. Despite being polite, Vouchercloud just refer to t&c and then reject any further help if your purchase doesn’t track. Take a gamble using them and hope tracking works, or better still use a better cashback site.

I’m truly sorry to hear about the frustration regarding your untracked purchase. I understand how disappointing it is to miss out on a reward you were expecting.
To give some context, Vouchercloud operates by passing on a portion of the commission we receive from brands back to our users. If a transaction doesn't track on the retailer's end, they don't fulfill that commission, which unfortunately means we have no funds to issue the gift card.

First time I'd used Vouchercloud and I made a mistake! I contacted customer support as I had not received my gift card having made the necessary purchase. After a series of emails with Kavitha.O, I was offered a satisfactory solution.

Issue with missing reward quickly resolved
The problem had was quickly resolved with the same member of the team dealing with me by email. She was very polite, respectful and acknowledged the issue i had, dealing with it effectively.

Shame I can’t give a 0
Shame I can’t give a 0 bought a tiger shed with a offer of £50 Amazon voucher but would have to wait up to 90 days I waited and even contacted them they was polite and said please just wait but all good. Got to 90 days and they have now said sorry you won’t get it as I used another discount code when I bought the shed which it never said at the time of order or when I asked if any news on the voucher. Please be aware they like to run offers but don’t like to pay out.

Unfortunately, as per the terms of the promotion, the reward offer is not valid if a discount code was also applied to the order. The 90-day pending period is the standard time required for the affiliate network to verify all transactions against these terms before approving or rejecting them.
