Rewards don’t track - multiple times this has happened despite taking steps to ensure no reason it shouldnt track. I’ll stick with other voucher sites that are more reliable at paying out. Clearly some kind of scam where they are taking the cashback for themselves.

Good offers

Avoid Vouchercloud. I completed their offer five months ago and still haven’t received a single bit of the reward they advertised. I followed every requirement perfectly: accepted cookies, disabled my ad‑blocker, used their reward link, completed the offer in normal browsing mode. No excuses.

And after all that, their representative sends me this copy‑paste nonsense:

“Upon further investigation, it appears that your reward has not been tracked… This could be due to not accepting cookies, having blockers in place, browsing incognito, or not completing your order on the original link within 24 hours…”

Absolute rubbish. I did accept cookies. I did disable blockers. I did use the original link. I did complete the offer correctly. They just hide behind generic excuses to avoid paying out.

This is exactly how scammy cashback sites operate: promise a “guaranteed” reward to manipulate your purchase, take the advertising commission conveniently, then blame you with boilerplate excuses when they refuse to honour it. You end up spending more for products because of their promised reward, and they pocket the commission while you get nothing.

I’m sick of these scammy cashback platforms wasting time and money. Vouchercloud has been the worst of them. Avoid this scam site.

Love the way they look after their customers

No tracking of offer, and their email address results in undeliverables.... no response on facebook or twitter either.....

do not use this site - there are plenty of alternates available.... v codes - is a lot lot better.

Commenting to see if VoucherCloud is still operating and contactable - perhaps a rep will respond here. Their email address has been saying undeliverable for a week, they don’t respond to Facebook messages and their online contact form does not accept submissions. They’re basically uncontactable.

Always receive great discount through this platform.

SCAM company...booked two sunshine holidays over £1,400 and promised £100 voucher for each...no email sent updating me voucher was ready. When I did follow it up voucher expires after one month of being activated...which they never told me about...£200 down the drain...SCAMMERS!

Excellent quality product and great value services

Similar to the other recent reviews, I also didn't receive a voucher despite providing all the proofs requested. My emails now bounce back. I tried sending another email from another account and via Messenger - no response! Their online form doesn't work either. I will be reporting to advertising standards and would encourage others to also do the same.

Absolute rubbish.
I booked tickets expecting voucher cloud to track my purchase but it did not.
I could have got a better deal if I'd not gone through voucher cloud.
I complained to voucher cloud but they made no effort to respond to my email.
Trying to go with voucher clouds cost me about £30.
Avoid.
