Just a warning to other so they don't get caught out like I just have. I was wanting to buy a generator from jackery as vouchercloud had sent me an offer saying if I spent over £380 I would get an £80 voucher. I went to the directed site and spent 495 on one .....no voucher was forthcoming and when I enquired they told me it was because the item was on a discounted offer from jackery. So even though I spent well over the required amount they still found a way not to honour the deal.

I've made some great little savings with Vouchercloud. It's always worth having a quick look on this app before purchasing anything online 😊

Followed instructions (agreed to cookies etc) and didn't get reward. Informed the company and got a reply from Kavitha who informed me the voucher did not register even though I did all that was required. Asked for evidence of purchase (which I did) and still did not help at all.
Awful customer care and website. No way to see if the voucher will work till 24 hours after!!

Amazing website for me

Spent £2130 on holiday via On The Beach. I followed the instructions exactly; I did not have any cookie blockers, etc but Voucher Cloud has not honoured the £100 voucher due to this cookie excuse that they seem to use for so many others here.

I gave them all the proof, but they still refused to provide the voucher, hiding behind vague excuses like "cookies were blocked," etc.

I run a business myself, and it's so disappointing to see this huge company engage in potential false advertising.

Because of this, I've decided to draft a Notice of Claim and will file this via the Scottish Courts and Tribunals Service this week. It is less about the monetary value itself and more about the principle.

I only have to pay a £20 fee, and even if I somehow lose, I do not have to pay any of Voucher Cloud's legal fees.

So instead of honouring a measly £100 voucher, they will be compelled to spend much more on legal fees.

Anyone who sees this, I suggest you do the same.

Love using Vouchercloud. Have had lot of vouchers which i have used. The site is trustworthy and easy to navigate. Communication via email is good when notifying you that your voucher is ready.
