Vouchercloud is a fantastic way to save money, you still pay the same price for your purchases but go through vouchercloud and you get gift cards which some are worth £60.

I raised two support tickets and was chatting with Kavita and Priya. Kavita was able to assist and resolve one issue however I was still replying to Priya when suddenly my emails started bouncing back. I am unable to contact either and it would appear I have been blocked from any support.

Had some fantastic offers and savings through voucher cloud

Offer did not track and vouchercloud did not offer to investigate why.
Having used topcashback, complete savings etc it is clear cookies need to be enabled, not using incognito etc.
Vouchercloud blame it on the above when it simply was the not case.
Clearly a scam website that do not pay out. Avoid.

Activated the offer and bought a holiday. Did not get the reward. Contacted support no response. This is a joke. Better look somewhere else. And excuses are not working as I used it twice before and it worked fine. This has become a scam... What's good never lasts. AVOID

They have great discount and gift card offers which are paid out within a reasonable time

Used to be OK but recent experience suggests they’re trying to rip off their customers.
I carefully followed each step such as accepting cookies and following the link.
I’ve provided all the evidence required showing the time of purchase as just after I activated the link.
But they insist that:

“ Unfortunately if you have not received a follow up email confirming your reward has tracked, that indicates that our terms and condition have not been followed correctly. You should receive an email confirming your reward has tracked within 24 hours. If you failed to complete the purchase on the link provided, or did not accept cookies on the merchant website have ad blockers or browser extension in place this can effect the tracking….

….We have looked for your transaction on our partner network to see if we can find the purchase you made and unfortunately that means that we have no record of your making this purchase. As we do not earn commission on purchases that have not tracked we are unable to verify the transaction.”

After several emails they offered me a voucher of 1/3 of the correct value as a gesture of goodwill, when the issue is at their end they should honour the full amount.

Purchased home insurance using the direct link on vouchercloud and still declined the claim. The response I received was as follows.

Thanks for getting back to us with the requested information. I apologise for the inconvenience you've experienced.

Upon further investigation, it appears that your reward has not been tracked, and unfortunately, you are unable to claim it. This could be due to not accepting cookies, having blockers in place, browsing incognito, or not completing your order on the original link within 24 hours of sign-in.

Hence, we regret to inform you that this purchase is not eligible for the reward.

I accepted cookies, I do not have a blocker and I did not use incognito mode.
I used the direct link on your website.

Please supply a full explanation as to why this has been declined, I have supplied everything you have asked for.

Good simple honest journey

Over the last 6 months, I've twice tried to use vouchercloud for a reward card. Both times I've turned off my vpn, tracker blockers, accepted all cookies - nothing more I can do at my end. And both times the claim hasn't tracked. When chasing up, VC then ask for evidence of the order, payment details, only simply to say "it didn't track - sorry". I've fallen for this twice. My wife had exactly the same issue. I can only think VC are trying to get me to reveal personal information when I follow up the failed claims (I redact all that anyway). Will be sticking with cashback sites from now - I have no issues at all with those.

Love Vouchercloud. It's always worth checking before making a purchase. It has saved me quite a few pounds not to mention the time saved spent on searches for vouchers and promo codes.

It was extremely helpful to have the discount for my monjaro as it is very expensive to buy.
