It didn’t start off great as the wrong item was shipped to me. Not Voyage’s fault. I reached out and Peter Morot got back to me right away and rectified the situation. The customer service was off the charts. I now have my bag and it is better than advertised.

I was a bit late in purchasing my carry-on luggage and was concerned that it wouldn't arrive in time for my trip. The customer service team was wonderful and ensured my luggage was delivered on time before my 3-week international trip. The Antler trunk arrived in perfect condition. It's stylish and functional -- the square shape makes it easier to roll around than the flatter and wider large suitcases I have owned prior, and the compression cubes will help me fit more things inside.
