Spectacular experience with Voyageluggage. The product was extremely high quality and very competitively priced. Shipping was extremely quick. But what was truly outstanding was the customer service. Peter was extremely responsive and kind. He kept me updated about my order at every step and was genuinely focused on making my shopping experience easy and pleasant.

Peter helped with a return for an item that didn’t work out for me. He personally tracked the return getting shipped and follow up is to issue the refund the minute it arrived. Very professional and accommodating, like old school customer service where you know there is a real person with thoughts and understanding on the other end.

I am so happy to trade with a company outside of an impersonal megastore. And when I mistakenly ordered the wrong bag, customer service—Peter—couldn’t have been more cordial or helpful. they say free returns but it's actually free return with credit applied to a new item. if you want a refund, you have to pay return postage - i felt a bit deceived.

The Delsey Paris luggage, color Angora, is finely crafted and aesthetically pleasing. I however, only returned this piece because of slight nuances. When I received this order, it was only then that I became aware that that there are two different versions to the Delsey Paris luggage collection. I returned this piece because I was expecting it to match the small carryon which I currently own but it didn’t; there were subtle differences…I was expecting it to come with white wheels but instead the wheels were black. I was expecting it to have the brake system but it didn’t and also my carryon came with a hanger inside but this version did not; and so for those aforementioned reasons, I returned it and was lucky to purchase the last one of what I really wanted from a different website. I wanted my pieces to match and now I am a happy, confident traveler. I will not conclude without making mention of Peter in customer support; he helped facilitate the return and it all went smoothly and expeditiously. He was polite and knowledgeable. Thank you, Peter.

Peter was very helpful. He reached out when one of my items was out of stock in the color I ordered. He offered a refund or a replacement in a different color. He kept me up to date on shipping information.

This luggage company misleads their clients saying 2-5 days delivery not true . Ordered a Samsonite luggage with them as a gift to my niece who lives in Alabama . Ordered it on August 23 tracked it and UPS says it will arrive on September 2 which is the day my niece is leaving to travel . No wonder they don’t have any review because their service is bad .
