Great support service
I had a problem downloading esim to my wife. Made connection with support team of Voye and their team member Ram solved it immediately. Excellent service. It's not my first time using their esim and always enjoy it very much.

Used Voye once for Japan and all went…
Used Voye once for Japan and all went well. Decided to use them again a second time and the eSIM was not valid and customer support have not responded to my emails. It’s been 2 months and nothing. Do not recommend.

I bought an esim it didnt work
I bought an esim from voye through agoda. Easy purchase but it didnt work, and no support got back to me. I believe the issue was apn settings which they provide very little info on. So I then bought a Vodafone esim which worked perfectly

Easy to download but didn't activate
Easy to download. Seemed very simple. But the e-sim was supposed to activate upon entering the country, and it didn't. I was not able to get it to activate and had to purchase a physical sim the day after arriving in Italy.

Thank you for your feedback Mary. The eSIM should indeed activate once you enable it abroad and make sure that data roaming is enabled.

I never managed to get a decent connection during my stay.
Even when I did connect, the speed was so slow that I ended up using the Wi-Fi at the airport or in my hotel.
I had quite a bit of my data allowance left over.

i only agree to fly and have Voye sim - in all countries i have beeb it worked great everywhere including at the sea in Vietnam !! while others that had other esim fro other countries could not speak- i used it freely - Thanks Voye !!
