Don’t waste your money. I did! Bought the Waggie collar for my dog as he had convulsions with an insecticidal collar and drops. I was so disappointed. Put the collar on him at the end of August. Beginning of October the dog groomer said he had lots of ticks. Now his hair is short I can find them and pick them off. He has had the collar on for only 2 months! I picked 10 ticks of him yesterday and today.
I wrote to Waggie. This was their reply ....
“ Thank you for contacting Winkflo's support.
Waggie is all-natural and has no added chemicals so it cannot be avoided especially if your area is heavily infested with tick and fleas”
So, only of use if you live in an area with NO ticks or fleas ! That makes sense ... not!

Beware- Scammers, ordered a back seat dog cover. Never received one, no one to call, no way to refund my money. This company is terrible.

They are a predatory company that has abhorrent customer service skills. They stole my money and refused to give me a refund when I wasn't happy. I am getting a lawyer involved, as they falsely advertised to me.

If you actually DO have a service or emotional support animal, you would not need this website at all.

I don’t even want to give 1 star! My letter was denied by the apartment complex and they won't refund me. I have emailed them several times and they are rude and then stopped responding. I have opened a claim with BBB and they have yet to respond. Don’t do it!

I believed that Waggy was a reputable company and they delivered what they promised: an ESA letter from an accredited therapist. I do have real conditions and previously diagnosed with ADA disabilities. I was not just trying to get an ESA letter to avoid paying fees. I got an ESA letter to confirm the validity of my dog and how much he means to me and helps me with my conditions and Waggy gave me an incredibly fast turnaround and prompt service without overcharging me and also tied me in with a therapist in the area. Thank you, Waggy!

If you are so desperate as to use a company as horrible as Waggy pet, try typing something up in your basement first. You have a higher chance of that actually working....By the way, they dont send out letters anymore -- and also, customer service through their website sends out no reply emails....So you can't have a discussion with them. Its only one way communication.

Stay far FAR away, unless you like to throw away money. My landlord laughed at how bad this letter was...

BEWARE! Please don't waste your money. This company is a scam. My apartment wouldn't accept my letter and the "doctor" they gave me was registered in a fake address in a fake town in my state. Luckily I paid via credit card so I could dispute the charge.

I would HIGHLY recommend not using them. My letter was denied by my apartment and they won't refund me. Even though there's a "money back guarantee".

This is a real reviewPlease do not waste your money with this company.It all sounds sweet and good to go until you get your actual letter and when the landlord needs to contact someone to verify there is not a provider that they can speak to in your letter will be rejected they give you all this information about how you Call the HUD but that is not effective when you are going through the process please save every dollar that you thought about spending on this terrible website

waggy.pet is the biggest well organized scam website.
It may look real and some people will get away with it. But scam will come out and if you got away once with fake ESA (emotional assistance animal) letters it will hunt you for the rest of your life because I reported this company to all institutions. Remember it was your choice because you bought yourself ESA letter to get away from housing fees, travel fees, flying fees and all guaranties.
Person bringing fake ESA letter from this web page or other has no human skills and should not own a pet in the first place.
the very real looking ESA letter brings so much harm for people with real disabilities, for people with allergies, agonies, landlords, management companies, disrespect to medical community.
It takes years to write laws but seconds to buy letter from waggy.pet.

I purchased ESA letteron April 14, 2021 4:15am.
from waggy.pet just to proof how broken the system is and people get away with it.
in less than 15 min from start to end, received fake ESA letter in to my email.
By answering 30 self evaluation questions online , I received ESA letter with real licensed doctors signature from Kandi Morris; I never seen in my life and licensed in TEXAS LPC#79357, Oklahoma and other states LPC #6584, LPC#2018009765, #LPC #PC010528, LPC#8383 for the dog MIKO that I don’t have and disability that I don’t have that is approved by ADA and even better protected by Fair housing laws.
ESA letter law needs to change not today but tomorrow because disabled community is in danger and abused by people providing fake ESA letters.
If you are in similar situation call your local HUD office and report as many places as you can to spread the message and get to the right people to change the laws.
Keep in mind there is a long list of web pages that provide the fake ESA letters and I will do everything it take because my bling cousin CANT but I CAN.

Utterly disgraceful company to work with. They take your money and don’t provide what they say they will. I will be reporting them to the BBB and my card company. They come up with a ‘covid’ excuse for not answering phone calls or calling back. Do not buy from this company!!! Scam. They need to be shut down

Yes back in augest I payed them 99.00 and never recieved anything from them . I have tryed calling them and emailing them several times.can not get ahold of them and they do not call back . There a scam . Do not try these guys :! Goodluck and let them know I

The note is forged, I contacted the doctor who had no idea they were using her name they charged my card fraudulently....the phone number for the doctor is a whatsapp phone number and the email is for waggy not the doctor. Disputed with my bank since I did not authorize and reported to the FTC for fraud and scam

Horrible - they did not refund my money even though the landlord refused to accept their ESA documents. I paid $150 and when I complained they refused a refund. The doctor Christian Scarpoli ( who they use as their psychologist), never responded to either my emails or my calls. It appears he was non responsive to the landlord’s inquiries as well. There was no customer service for WAGGY, they only respond by email and no one will take your call or call you personally in any way if your landlord won’t accept their documents. Horrible customer service and a bad reputation.

Gave me a fake letter that my landlord rejected. Didn't respond to emails and cals requesting assistance. Currently filing a chargeback with my bank since this company has given me no response.

SCAM! I contacted the therapist who supposedly wrote my letter who I never saw or spoke to and she didn't know who I was or who Waggy.pet was. A Total BS website papermill. I order their laughable "Gear" for my pup and it wasn't the picture they showed. It was a cheap flimsy strap that broke the 1st day!
