Gave me a fake letter that my landlord rejected. Didn't respond to emails and cals requesting assistance. Currently filing a chargeback with my bank since this company has given me no response.

SCAM! I contacted the therapist who supposedly wrote my letter who I never saw or spoke to and she didn't know who I was or who Waggy.pet was. A Total BS website papermill. I order their laughable "Gear" for my pup and it wasn't the picture they showed. It was a cheap flimsy strap that broke the 1st day!

SCAM! Phone number does not ever get anyone, emails aren't returned. Charged way too much and more than ordered! Disputed charge with my bank.

It says money back guarantee but it’s not true. My apartment refused to accept it since it looked like someone just made it on their computer and added a fake signature and since it had contact info it was rejected. When I messaged them about this and asked for my money back they pretty much said no just push it as they can’t legally do that therefore you don’t need your money back..

Uhm I have a NEED for an esa cuz I have anxiety! So me harassing my apartment to comply is not something I’m just going to do when even I thought the paper itself looked fake too!

Awful company, DO NOT USE!! You will be throwing away your money.

While the letter I received from the Professional did get my dog into my apartment building the gear was not worth anything close to what they are charging and was incomplete. After almost a month I still have not received ID cards for dog. Go with anyone else and avoid getting scammed. August 7. Still no ID cards. When I messaged them they responded that the cards had been sent. But USPS informed delivery never showed any mail in the system for me.

I just bought the new 1-3 ESA Letter for Housing and airline i got to step 7 out of 8 of the application and from there they charge me. I wasnt going to select it but from there they did. Okay fine..They got me the ESA letter right away but i having issues with the landlord forms that i need. Ive been emailing them every hour...lol cuz it’s annoying they don’t answer right away. Horrible service cuz they dont even answer my emails and their customer service line does not work!!

Horrible experience today and no help at all. I have to go on their site to keep emailing support. When someone responds by email it says "No Reply to email" on top! Their phones are down and they refuse to call. They don't read entire emails and keep repeating themselves! Last year was good and our 3 pets got the ESA letters that expired this past April. So when I try to get the 1-3 pets for 150.00 like their emails keep repeating to do? I show them that I keep getting pop ups saying I already got the letters for those pets! BUT THOSE LETTERS WERE FOR LAST YEAR AND EXPIRED APRIL OF 2020 and I keep telling and showing SS of that! Still no help! Just them repeating themselves and never even looking into the issue on my profile! Such a rip off! Lousy customer sevice agents that email and wasted my whole damn day!

I will say this, people only leave reviews when they are mad. However, I had the run around avout my pet flying with me this morning and asked them to sign my pup up as an emotional support animal today and within an hour i had ALL THE DOCUMENTION signed, filled out, and delivered to me for my flight this afternoon. I appreciate you guys!

Their site is a SCAM. These letters are useless and FAKE. This has to be illegal! They are promising medical prescriptions for emotional service animals and No doctor Ever contacted me. I was promised a doctor in my state and some bogus letter from Florida seas created Using a generic format that is fake. I was charged before even getting evaluated! They are refusing to refund me and are taking advantage of vulnerabile people with mental illnesses. These are not official Documents recognized by the law or medical field. BEWARE!

I have been a customer with Waggy for 1 year. Service was ok, but I just needed to renew an airline letter. The letter they provided was signed by someone who wasn't a licensed therapist and the airline rejected the letter. I looked up the licence number on the State of CA website and the license was indeed invalid. Waggy would not admit that the license was invalid or provide a new letter with a valid license. The customer experience was very poor, they don't provide an email address or and no one answers the phone. I tried emailing them from their portal but I kept getting an error and then a note that my account was locked for spamming. You get what you pay for, waggy is cheaper than the alternatives and now I know why. Buyer beware of this company.

Any of the detailed reviews below that are 5 stars are completely fake and by their scam ring. They are not operational and no letters nor contact is being provided. They just steal your money. Don’t be this stupid to read a review from MULTIPLE people and then decide well I guess I’ll listen to all these fake good reviews. You’re at fault if u do and deserve to get your money taken.

Waggy is by far legit and they actual care of your condition. A licensed doctor verified my need for a ESA. Thank you all at waggy.

Do purchased on line the letter from a therapist they took my hundred dollars and I have not received anything from them ☹️. No call no email nothing and I find it ridicously they even have a web site. Ms.

I went through there online questions and then realized the psychologist was already seeing was qualified to write me an ESA certification letter. However I continually had problems with hotels or other entities realizing that the letter was all that was REQUIRED by laws governing an ESA animal. So I went searching for the "equipment" and fancy "certificate" most people associated with a "legitimate" ESA animal. Ifound waggy.com and their packages were by far the cheapest I'd found, that actually portrayed what people associated a "legitimate" ESA animal. The all the items I purchased, were well made and held up brilliantly, through all our travels. The only thing I'd mention that was a draw back was trying to get one package for my cat and another for my dog. It took some back and forth (by email) with the customer service center bit eventually we did get what we needed for both animal. I've seen other (more expensive) sites try to claim waggy is a scam site, however, I purchased what I needed to include US animal registration numbers Ive been able to verify.

It was quick and painless. I answered a bunch of questions and 24 hours later I had my letter for both landlord and the airlines...I think I paid $100. Definitely recommend. Super easy and I am very satisfied. I dropped the 1 star only because website is so awful.

Paid $135 for the letter that never arrived.

Called and email several times but never heard back from the company.
If you call the number there is no customer service. No wonder they have no social media.

I have only used the travel letter and so far my dog and I have been approved to fly on Southwest and Delta. For Southwest, I arrived at the check-in counter (in ATL) the lady read my letter approved me AND gave me pre-boarding (first time getting that!). Next time, I flew out of Houston still on Southwest, they were a little more "by the books" but we got approved, no pre-boarding :(. This time, I am flying out on Delta, I submitted the required forms and the letter, they approved me within minutes. ***Update** I had no problems with the letter when I arrived to the check in counter for Delta. My dog and I flew with no problems.

I am very pleased with being able to use my letter. I was worried about all the negative reviews but I took a chance.

I would give them 5 stars but it is really hard to get in contact with someone especially if it is an emergency. I needed to revise something in the letter, I sent an email out and they sent me a revised letter 4 days later. So if you have to change something immediately, good luck!

They let my mini dachshund,Lili out. She was gone 4 nites and 3 days. My neice posted on her Facebook page and by the grace of God, she was found. All the owners did was put up a few posters. My family was on foot 3 days and plastered the neighborhood. If u love ur dog...DO NOT board with them. I don't care how many good reviews. It takes 1 trauma to learn a lesson. Also u should never pay for boarding ur pet up front. That is a bad sign. I never had to do that in any state.
