Tamara was outstanding in assisting me with an error I made in ordering ESA letters today for my two pets. She was so patient, helpful, explained everything, and my second letter was ready by the time we ended the call. All customer service calls should be handled so pleasantly! I have to say that the process online for the first letter was very easy, and I received it within two hours, printed everything out, and had absolutely no issues! I’ve already referred my neighbor to this site/business, and would use them again next year for my renewal! Their customer service is EXCELLENT!!! Very satisfied!

I'm not sure why this company has so many bad reviews. I got a great letter, the actual Delta form came pre-filled and I flew yesterday with my dog with zero issues so I felt compelled to share this. And yes this is a REAL review.

Charged my account 150.00 when charge should have been 25.00. Attempted to cancel immediately upon receipt but have been given run around that billing will review my account. Filed fraud alter with my bank and disputed the charge. Total scam.

This feels like a scam operation. They sent me a payment link that wasn't secure (prone for credit card theft) so I told them I can't use it.
They called me back and offered to take my information on the phone, I said I prefer a secure link. They started to tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about, it is a secure link and hung the phone on me.

I have a sweet 5 month old Scottish Fold cat. I looked up different companies that could help me with designating my furbaby as an ESA. I decided to go with Waggy and purchased both the housing and airline package. I had to complete a long questionnaire after the purchase. After I made the payment, I decided to look at the online reviews for Waggy and was worried because I came across several websites including trustpilot.com where people posted negative reviews. I figured, oh well I used my AMEX so if there is a valid issue I should be OK with submitting a dispute. Within two hours of submitting the questionnaire, I received a notification that my ESA letters were ready. I chose Delta as the airline and was provided with the completed Delta ESA form including an actual letter. I also received the housing letter. The PDF attachments for the letters came with additional pages that were informational such as the legal rights that you have when it comes to housing and traveling with an ESA pet. Yes, the additional pages contains a highlighted statement that says do not contact the practitioner directly and to contact Waggy if you need to request any changes or need a custom letter made. This makes sense because Waggy is the company that I went through for the service. It also states that the landlord and the airline cannot contact them to request your medical records. Which is legally correct. It was just common sense that I should only provide the actual letter to either the airline or the landlord and not provide the additional pages that were meant to be informational. It seems like most people on here printed all four pages or maybe just forwarded the PDF documents to whomever it is that they needed to provide the letter to. That is probably what caused the confusion or the misunderstanding.

Prior to purchasing the service with Waggy, I was already scheduled to move in to a new apartment. The landlord informed me that they charge an additional $500 pet deposit In addition to a $35 monthly pet fee. I informed the landlord that I will be bringing my cat with me that is an ESA pet. The agent advised me that they just need a letter stating that my furbaby is an ESA pet. I provided them with the letter that Waggy provided me with. Again, I only printed out the actual letter and left out the accompanying pages. THE LANDLORD ACCEPTED THE LETTER AND WAIVED THE ADDITIONAL PET DEPOSIT AND WAIVED THE ADDITIONAL MONTHLY PET FEE. I felt compelled to write this review so that people aren’t misinformed by the negative reviews. This is a real review and as you can see I have reviewed other companies on here as well.

My next step would be to use the airline letter for an upcoming trip in the next two weeks. I will provide another review based on my experience with using the ESA letter with the airlines in the next two weeks.

Both my girlfriend and I have esa animals. We moved into a new apartment with very short notice and couldn't obtain new letters (Our old ones were two years old) from our doctors within the short timeframe so we went to waggy pet.
As soon as the letters were received by our landlord we were asked to leave. We had only lived there for two weeks and were being asked to leave or they would take us to court to evict us. We didn't even realize until we both pulled up our letters at the same time that they were signed by the same health professional even though when asked which type of doctor we would like to be evaluated by we chose different types of doctors.
Every letter is signed by the same doctor. Anyone who gets a letter from this site will have it signed by the same doctor. They also put the website on the letter and say to not contact the doctor.
All around a waste of time and money.

If I could give Waggy negative stars I would. A complete scam, the people behind this operation are the lowest of the low. Shame on you.

I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, my bank as well as represented attorney to refute a dispute with this business that is NOT legitimate and lacks integrity. I do not recommend this service to anyone. IT IS FRAUDULENT. They are thieves.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! COMPLETELY FAKE ESA LETTER HOUSING/TRAVEL WILL NOT ACCEPT. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. NUMEROUS POOR REVIEWS ONLINE AS WELL AS COMPLAINTS WITH BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I paid for the letter and the airline didn't let me on the plane with my dog. When I requested a refund from Waggy since the letter didn't work, they said - We have written 10,000 of successful letters, let us know if you need anything else. Thanks, Waggy, so helpful...... I would highly recommend not using this service! I have constant issues with their website as well.

Letter is not reliable and looks fake. The customer service was great, as Tamarah was nice and really helpful over the phone. However, the final product - despite if it is technically in accordance with federal guidelines - looks fake. Not to mention, it has a website address on it that if you go to - tells the whole world that you "purchased" the letter and that the doctor's cannot be contact directly - which makes it look even less legitimate. The letter head does not look legitimate from a doctor's office and you can immediately tell it is a purchased letter. If you have a landlord who doesn't care - this will work - however, if you have one who does i.e. a corporate office for an apartment complex, this would never fly. The money back guarantee that is promised is not exactly real because they won't refund your money if the letter is not accepted. I had to spend double the money because I went back to the service I've used for years and never had issues with - Waggy was the first time I was just outright told "no" with regard to my ESA documentation. Even if there were "doubts" with my other service provider's letter, there was nothing a landlord could say to say that it wasn't real because it didn't have a website on the letter like Waggy's that boldly told the world you purchased it through a service even though you had a real evaluation. This would get zero stars because the letter has a horrible letterhead, a website listed on the letter that tells everyone it is purchased and that the doctor cannot be contacted directly, it wasn't accepted by an apartment I applied to (although I know someone else who did have theirs accepted by a different landlord - they were more lenient), and they refused to honor the money back guarantee on their website (it doesn't give any conditions on the website). However, I give it one star because Tamarah was nice on the phone - and I can't give less than one star.

I had the pleasure of speaking and working with Tamara from Waggy Pet because I was in need of documents for travel and housing for my baby Neeko (my pet). I was gonna be transporting him from ATL to NJ to my brother, and I had made a mess of things. Tamara called me and outside of her pleasant tone, her attention to my problem and just the smile I could hear from her voice; she was able to fully comprehend what it was that I needed and has attempted to do even before I explained it to her. She then let me know exactly what it was she could so to resolve the mess I'd made. I am so happy that I was able to have Tamara as the representative that would be assisting me, and if there were more representatives that provided the service that Tamara did; I believe everyone would be walking around smiling as I am right now. I am completely satisfied with her resolution, and would definitely recommend Waggy Pet to anyone in need of documents for their babies as I was. Tamara you rock, and have left a smile on my face I'll be wearing for awhile. Thanks a bunch you made my week, and I hope you have a great one as well.

I'm 80. I do not fly. I needed a physician to sign the letter for an apartment lease. The huge bold print said $20 for each letter. I only needed one. When they took my credit card they did not give me an opportunity to look at the invoice first. I received a bill for $153. Far more than the $20 for one letter I asked for and needed. It was not signed by a physician but by an MSW. They said none was available at the time. I said I could wait but needed a doctor's signature. This is an option they offer. Long story short: They are a scam. They scammed an 80-year-old veteran. I am writing to BBB also and my bank is looking into a full refund. Do not, I repeat do NOT do business with these scam artists. They are not legitimate, treat you horribly and do not live up to their advertisements and guarantee. I will keep fighting until I get a full and complete refund. Just a terrible, terrible place.

One of the worst customer services ever! Tamara is so rude and hangs up on you when you have valid questions she can’t answer. Not to mention it takes days to hear back from an actual representative and not a machine email. Save yourself the money and time and go to your doctor or psychiatrist for the esa letter. Because this is fraud website with no real phone numbers and legit letters. I will keep you guys updated as to getting my refund which they said I would but they haven’t gave me a solid response as to when I’ll receive it.

I purchased the housing letter, however I was unable to use it because I was so busy and ended up moving into a home where I did not need it whatsoever. I asked for a refund SIMPLY for half of it (1 of the 2 installments), which was $72 of $144 in total. They tried to make me feel bad for even asking when I was polite by saying their therapists worked very hard to make this letter for me, as if I had a direct effect on how much money the therapists would make and as if I hadn't worked hard for my $144 I dropped on them for no reason. Keep in mind that it states "money back guarantee"! When I stated that it says that there is a guarantee refund, they furthered the guilt tripping by saying they couldn't since their therapists processed all of my questionnaires and everything and that I could ONLY get a refund if I was discriminated against by a specified company or person. It is obviously my fault for not realizing how expensive this letter would cost and not considering that I may be changing locations, however I am a hardworking college student that needs all the money that I can get and save. When I see "money back guarantee" and it is a false promise backed with guilt-tripping customer service, which by the way does not have a functional phone number or a timely email response, I get very upset. I have no respect for a company that does not know how to respect it's customers.

They stole someone’s identity to write a fake letter

Well, since there's been debate over whether this is a legitimate company or not, let me say that I am a real live customer- a normal person with a small dog that I need to travel with. I turned to Waggy for a letter to use to fly with back in May, 2018. I have since had them do three separate airline forms for me, and they've called me back when I needed wording changed in one of the letters. So Waggy is not a scam. I'm not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from.

This place is a scam. Do not buy from here. False advertisement. States that they will give you ESA for 3 pets but does not provide that, no customer service number and will not refund your money. Stay away!
