Great customer service
We bought the 1.25" handrail pipe splice and it was missing one of the allen studs. They sent out 2 right away and refunded us for the studs.

Was not shipped on the date we were told it would. It did not ship until a week later and then FedEx delivered 1 box and 2 days later, we just got the 2nd box
