Great customer support and products!
I could not log into my old account so a very helpful customer support agent helped me out. I placed my order later that day and I had my items in 4 days. i am very happy with my products and definitely will order from Wagner again.

Great Customer Service!
I made an order and typo'd the shipping address, resulting in a returned package. I reached out and the issue was resolved in a prompt and professional manner. I was not charged for a replacement package even though I had made the error. I definitely enjoyed dealing with this company and would order from them again.

Our inside salesperson Rashida completely miss-managed a project for us with quantities, unwanted parts and pieces. Could not send me what I asked for as far as invoiced to want was sent. Emailed to discuss the credits she promised, and she said she forgot our paperwork at home.... why is our paperwork at her house? When asked to discuss with her manager she said she had taken care of "it" and did not respond to my questions.
The past few occasions where we always pick up our products, they were scanned for delivery, and I had run to your shop to grab them before they were shipped... We NEVER ship our parts as we are close enough. Again no one can explain WHY...

Fast and smooth delivery
I ordered a 72" Festivus pole, and it shipped extremely quickly - I was surprised since it was an oversized item. Instructions were clear and I had it assembled in 30 seconds. Quality is fantastic.
