Quality control issue
Shipping was fast and the products are usually high quality. However, on two orders of the same product, 25% had major quality control issues. I reported it to customer service along with pictures and never received a response. For the price, I do expect a consistent quality product. We were able to alter and work with them, but should not have had to.

Unusual needed parts!
I could not find what I needed anywhere else. I had built an aluminum log style intake manifold for a holley 2brl carb and needed aluminum weld on domes to stop the reverberation that was happening with the flat end plates. No other place on the internet had these pieces.

Absolutely fantastic and quick solution for treating the fence panels
Purchased the Fence Sprayer as we have a big garden, all fenced and we struggle now to treat it. Absolutely fantastic, we have done 2 panels, both sides in very little time, looks great, also sprayed the wooden arch using the small setting and it was easy, a little overspray on me but a lot quicker and better finish than using a brush. Cleaned out easily and quickly, very pleased with this product.

I ordered a 6" hemisphere that I needed before a class project. When I say delivery was quick, that's an understatement! I didn't even get a notice that it had shipped or anything and it was right at my doorstep. Quick delivery and it was exactly what I needed. I will be ordering from here in the future once I graduate and start my Welding business!

your freight costs are very high I am familiar with heavy shipments of all kinds
your freight costs are very high you seem to send out special pricing right after I order

Réponse de Wagner
Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m sorry to hear that our freight costs felt higher than expected and that you received special pricing shortly after your order. That’s certainly not the experience we want for our customers. Our shipping rates are based on carrier costs and the size/weight of each order, though we understand how frustrating the timing can feel.
If you’d be open to it, we’d really like to take a closer look at your order and see what we can do to help. Please reach out to us directly at this phone number, 1-888-243-6914, to speak to a Wagner representative. Thank you.
