I ordered overnight shipping early on…
I ordered overnight shipping early on Thursday afternoon. Rather than expediting and getting the shipment out to me for Friday delivery, you didn't bother to print the ticket until Friday. Then, instead of adjusting the shipping to regular freight since regular would get it to me on Monday and there was not advantage to overnight freight that also would not be delivered until Monday . . . you stuck me with the overnight freight going out Friday and delivering Monday.

It’s so easy
It’s so easy. Me not being very computer savvy. I find what rail bracket I need online and in no time it’s at my doorstep. They give you tracking information but seriously it’s here before I check it.

Fast service and we use these on docks all the time. The only thing is the hole is not cut out enough so we have to cut them down a little more which is time consuming.

I placed an order, and I am having a hard time getting in touch with the correct people and getting Wagner to help getting information and expediting the order. We are way past our deadline with very little correspondence.
