Refusing to refund. Contacting AG'S office. I can not get past the first screen. I have NEVER used the app because of this. BBB is next. I am so sick of this recurring payment crap. They are charging to a cc that has a diff expiration date. SICK OF IT!

This is a scam. The app is too simple, no value add at all. There are no instructions for cancellation. I’m afraid I’ll bet another $30 charge next month.

Customer service is a joke. They charged my account after I thought I had cancelled, causing me to incur a $28 bank fee and REFUSED to refund the charge.

This is a scam, a fraud. Do NOT purchase! Email communications are non-existent. Contact is impossible. Asked for a refund within hours because there was no plan available, even after I stupidly paid! As a writing teacher, I can tell that even the reviews are fake - the same exact voice in every review. I put a stop-payment on my credit card, and this company is still stringing them along. Do NOT buy this!!!!

I love the nutrition tips and trying out the new recipes! I can eat tasty, interesting foods and still lose weight!

The support. It's been too cold lately for me to get much walking done but it should warm up soon.

I love the program. Could you please send a detailed explanation/description of each type of walking exercise the program uses?

Do NOT do this. They took my money and I could not assess my plan. I tried for days and I am still within then14 day refund. They said my payment of $59 will stay but not renew in 6 months. I asked for full refund or I will call attorney generals office. Look at all the complaints. All the same. Fraud.

I liked that it started out slowly with some rest days. Made the program achievable for me!

I canceled this plan ten minutes after I signed up for it in May. I was still charged $52.00 on May 5, 2002 even after I had canceled. Now I have been charged another $52.00 on November 7, 2002. I wrote again to request a refund and to be sure the account was canceled. I never received the refund…and never received notice that my account was canceled.
You owe me $104.00 for this and I would like the refund processed immediately.

I really like the ease of using the Walking Diet. It’s getting me outside and active and I’m feeling more optimistic about my health!

I am interested in learning to walk again. I broke my knee and my knee has been stiff for so long. I have been through Physical Therapy and it helped but I am hoping to gain mobility and lose some weight in the process. Company emails are helpful so far in motivating me.

I love this program. It is the only one that has kept me accountable to myself and I do it!

I think it’s given me the push I needed to keep walking instead of opting for using a wheelchair

Walking diet has helped me stay on track with my goal. I enjoy their continuous support. I wentvftom sitting on the coach complaining about my knees and back hurting to WALKING EVERY DAY!!!!

Trying to cancel this subscription is not a task that can be done. If you can help me please let me know what to do.

This Company is terrible. No way to cancel & get a refund.
