I think I'm going to like this Walking…
I think I'm going to like this Walking Diet plan. It is a bit confusing and not completely user friendly. I'm looking forward to there being an app so I can have it on my phone rather than in favorites.

I like that the timer on the website…
I like that the timer on the website doesn’t need cell service. I am cautious about doing the warm-up and cool-down exercises because I have a really bad back and there is no option in the on boarding to indicate back problems. The same goes for the exercises that are sent as an addition in a work out guide. Your company may want to look at incorporating QIGONG into the warm-ups it is far safer for the joints and it warms the body up.

Good Lifestyle Change!
I truly feel that the walking diet is going to help me finally lose weight. I had a problem at first with the program not logging that my exercises were done. I contacted customer service by responding to one of their emails and quickly received an answer.

Good, but where’s an app?
I only started this week, so can’t speak to long-term support, but so far I’m enjoying it. It’s easy to follow every day, and I like that I’m told specifically what to do. I wish there was an app though. It’s kind of a pain to go back to the website each day.

Starting a new program
I am really jazzed about starting up walking again. I feel like this plan is good for me, because it is gradual buildup and I am not "allowed" to over do it. I am VERY out of shape and need all the help I can get. So far, I'm on day 3 and I'm doing great! The warmups and cool downs I will need to add more, because I don't particularly like those.

Signing up for the program has given me…
Signing up for the program has given me the motivation to walk everyday and sometimes I walk for over the recommended time for beginners.
By checking that I have done the warm up, walk, and cool down, I feel an accomplishment and don’t want to stop my streak of success in completing the exercise each day.
I am also mindful of what I eat more since I am reminded by the program of my intention to get healthier and lose weight.

Move It Before You Lose It
I am just beginning and will give the walking program my best shot. I am elderly - in my eighties - and find the warm up and stretching exercises particularly useful. Joints seize up with age and I find these exercises useful not only to prepare for walking but before my tennis days too.

Audible cues
I wish the timer had some audible reminders. If I’m walking slow 3 minutes then I need to know when 3 minutes have passed.
To many screen touches toget through warmup & cool down
