My journey towards a new life!

The information on what exactly one must do on a daily basis, is awesome. I also like that my progress is tracked and saved every time. This focus and motivates me. I am still at the beginning of my walking diet but excited for the journey ahead. I think my cardiologist will be very surprised in June!

Just starting

I am trying the WalkingDiet program as a way to easily lose weight without attending meetings or buying special foods. So far I have found the introduction easy. The demonstration of the warm-up and cool-down exercises made starting easy. 20 minutes was easy on the treadmill.

I’m excited to be a part of walking diet. I love being outside walking. I try to walk at least 2 miles a day. I walk on an outside trail.

Easy to follow on computer and my smart phone app. I can go back to edit if I missed a day. Different settings for beginners to expert walkers. Warm up and cool down exercises, food plan I can choose from with calories to lose weight or maintain it, tips for walking in different weather conditions. I'm very happy with product. Just add a spot to add food intake and total calories instead of me writing it out then 5 stars all the way.

I mainly joined Walking Diet to keep me…

I mainly joined Walking Diet to keep me motivated.
So far I am early in my walking regimen, but so far I have walked the following.
Day 1 31 mins 1.59 miles
Day 2 44 mins 2.33 miles
Day 3 32 min 1.82 miles
Day 4 47 mins 2.58 miles.
So far I have lost 3 pounds in 4 days.
I know this doesn't follow the plan but I think over time the plan will catch up to what I am doing. All the tips are good and the nutritional recipes are giving me ideas.

Well I just joined the walking diet…
