Waiting for builder to block the fire place.
Very pleased with our purchase,was delivered earlier than quoted, but due to the fact we are waiting for the builder to block the fire place up, we have not installed the fire yet. Must say it was Very well packaged.

Love this fire got it for a summer…
Love this fire got it for a summer house bar heats up lovley and looks nice to customers service and contact was great but the delivery was slow as web site said 3 to 5 working days well im glad i didn't pay extar for next day as on 3 to 5 working day i waited about 4 weeks not a problem but would of just been nice to know thats how long it would be

Really pleased with the fire and price paid. Good delivery time. The only complaint we have is that we didn't receive the invoice by email and I had to keep asking for it to be sent or resent.

Very happy love the fire.
Found your website by change after looking through found a fire I really liked. To be honest I was a bit sceptical at first. I read the trustpilot reviews and felt they were good honest reviews . I ordered the fire payed a bit extra for 48 hour delivery. I ordered Wednesday night and the fire arrived Friday morning . Parcel force tracking was excellent the fire came packed very well and no damage. Once unpacked the fire was easy to install and the settings with different colour flames are amazing . I love the L E D lights at the side which make this fire very modern and unusual . I am 1 very happy customer and would recommend anyone to use this company.
