Holden Sumatran Glitter Jungle…
Holden Sumatran Glitter Jungle Wallpaper in dove and silver. This paper was a bargain. Used in the office and makes working from home a lot nicer now that I have nice wallpaper to look at! Not particularly easy to match up, and did mess up a couple of times, but got there in the end - and could just be my skills! I bought the light coloured one and the pattern is subtle and looks lovely with a slight shimmer depending on the light. Paper arrived quickly and well packaged.

Ordered UPEGA wallpaper
Ordered UPEGA wallpaper, price was very competitive with other suppliers.
Delivery was prompt with wallpaper well packaged and protected .
The wallpaper itself was great to work with (paste the wall), almost fabric like in quality and very malleable which made it easy to fit around the fireplace and sockets.
Great service, great value, great product will definitely use again.

Avoid "next day delivery" if you actually want it on time.
Misleadingly sold "next day delivery" that turned up a day late, and was then told in the Tc&Cs it states express shipping is 1-2 business days. I gave feedback about this but to this day there is a countdown timer on each product page to say that you can order within X hours and minutes for delivery the next day. There is no asterisk or obvious immediate link through to these shipping Terms and Conditions.
As it arrived later than expected it was no longer of use so was advised by customer service team to refuse delivery and will get a refund, however this didn't include refunding the ludicrous £8.95 delivery charge; despite my understanding of that over the phone.

We understand your frustration regarding the delivery date given if you before a certain time and the subsequent discovery of our T&Cs stating that express shipping may take 1-2 business days. But sadly, on rare occasions our express delivery sometimes arrives within 48hrs which once put in the hands of our courier it is out of our hands once this leaves the building. We advertise the express delivery as 1-2 working days to cover us in case this happens. Again, we stipulate this is rare that this happens. We sincerely apologise for this.
We will take your feedback into consideration and work towards improving this.
We understand that since the product arrived by Express 1-2 working days, the product was no longer of use to you. Under consumer contract regulations June 2014 it states that you are entitled to a full refund of the product. But you are only entitled to a refund of the cost of the least expensive delivery charge. Therefore we will be refunding you £5.95. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
We value your feedback and take customer satisfaction seriously. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. If there is anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to let us know.
