The picture on Waltons website was of a blue item. When it arrived, it was bright pink. While we opted to just keep it, it is still frustrating that it wasn't what we hoped to receive.

So happy with my waltons order,got my Cricut and vinyl without hassle. Delivery was fast items were exactly as described and everything was packed nicely. Crafting season is sorted.

I bought stationary for my son

I bought stationary for my son. The box it came in literally fell apart. Two on the HB 2B and 4B pencils were broken as well. The packaging of items is necessary as to avoid products being damaged.

Damaged goods

I had a terrible experience with the courier guy who delivered terribly damaged paper. CAROLINE from waltons assisted promptly and had my new boxes delivered within 3 days. She was extremely polite and efficient

Defects

I noticed a few defects — the side trimming appeared dirty and the desk pad had some visible indents. The item is still usable, but the condition was a bit disappointing.
