The picture on Waltons website was of a blue item. When it arrived, it was bright pink. While we opted to just keep it, it is still frustrating that it wasn't what we hoped to receive.

So happy with my waltons order,got my Cricut and vinyl without hassle. Delivery was fast items were exactly as described and everything was packed nicely. Crafting season is sorted.

Advised to collect parcel but not received

I was advised on 16fh that the parcel which was delivered by the Courier guy was ready for collection. Went to the store on 17th and the reception advised that the parcel has not arrived

This is completely unacceptable – collection notifications should only be sent when parcels have physically arrived at the store and are ready for pickup. Having you make an unnecessary trip based on incorrect information is frustrating and a waste of your valuable time.

Our customer service team will be in touch immediately to confirm when your parcel has genuinely arrived at the store and is ready for collection, so you don't experience another wasted journey.

Poor delivery/ delivery guy refusing to adhere to the information he's given

Poor delivery, delivery guy refused to go to the written address but rather inconvenienced me by calling me and telling me where to go to retrieve the package, I was not even around the area at the time I had to make means to ask someone to go fetch the package. This caused unnecessary stress

From the time I placed my order everything went without any hassle. I had a slight issue with finalizing my order and the courteous online attendant guided me quite speedily to get this resolved.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever, I think I have said a lot with calls and at store but, buying from waltons online wasn't pleasant at all communication was bad and all of the above, I even got a wrong colour bag than the one I ordered, truly this was bad and changing of the colour wasn't confirmed with me, the delivery process was also bad as I said communication was horrible
