Avoid this company!

After two burns the pearls have become an amorphous glob of hard wax. You don't pull out the wick with a tiny element of wax attached like in the marketing bumpf unless the candle only burned for 2 minutes. After two uses already half the pearls are tied up in the blob of hard wax.

Having reversed the wicks for the second use as instructed, they burned for only a couple of hours.

Also the "essential oils" add no fragrance to the room.

There is nothing French about this company. The "two sisters" are stock photos who don't appear on their own Instagram channel.

Better off buying the pearls for less than a tenner off Amazon, or use Temu if you don't care that they're shipping cheap product from China.

Absolute rip off.

I didn’t receive the complete order initially, or even the correct items.
I asked for a return and was refused, I have spent 6 months going back and forth with them trying to return but they insist on getting the order complete before hand. I have now received 3 packages and as yet I still have not obtained my full order.
I have been offered a free returns label several times and then told that they don’t offer free returns, and they keep sending things to me to try and get the order complete after me specifically requesting that I don’t want anything else to be sent. I’m exhausted with all the correspondence which seems inconsistent from their end, every time I speak to someone it feels like a new person who is not familiar with the issues I have experienced to date. I recommend they be avoided to save frustration and energy!

Rubbish candles. The wick only burns for 10 mins then goes out.

If I could put zero stars I would. Today I received my Warmnest delivery and despite the professional website, it is obvious that this is chinese dropshipping - products that don't match the marketing, dishevelled in their packaging. I doubt the story about the company founders being two parisian friends is true as the website seesm to be connected to another site which is connected to Alibaba.

Delivery took forever. First package was “lost” apparently. Eventually got another. Poured sand into big glass dish and popped some wicks in. All good for 30 mins then everything turns to foul smelling oil, wicks drowning, smoke everywhere. Awful. Never again.

The pearls didn’t work floating on water as the wick got wet and I couldn’t reuse the the pearls. The pearls melted into a solid lump which I couldn’t remove from my container and had to throw away. Adding the scented oil did not result in any fragrance. Originally received the wrong scent, replacement came from China which makes me doubt the air quality of the burn

I was so excited for this product and it did take longer to arrive than anticipated. I also had a tube that was upside down and the contents fell out all over the kitchen worktop.. all of this I can overlook, however I feel deeply unsatisfied with how long the wicks last, 30mins tops and they go out. Not sure if I am using them incorrectly but have tried pushing them in and leaving them extended but the result is the same, I honestly thought they had longer burn time and I literally used a whole box of wicks in one evening, so not very cost effective. Any advise on how to make the burn longer would be appreciated, as a previous review stated, a leaflet would have been useful.

Absolute scam, drop shipping cheap goods from China which are worth pennies. Awful customer service, impossible to get a refund

These candles allow me to actually use some beautiful containers that otherwise were empty. Turning them into candles is fun!

Wish I had read reviews before buying. I haven't used the product or even opened it as I wanted to return is. I was charged for a snuffer that should have been free and for what I paid not value for money. The customer service is appalling as the only response I received was asking why I wanted to return the products, which I had explained in my initial email. Now I get no response at all.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Waste of money. Loved the concept but the 'zero waste' is a lie. Wicks light ok but stay lit for about 5 minutes, then all you're left with is a hard lump of wax that cannot be reused. Will probably melt the pearls to pour into a standard candle holder.. can't beleive I fell for this very expensive con.

What a team and what product. Absolutely love how this product works. We have purchased more to give away as special gifts.

The burn is so clean and the fragrances are divine.

Do not buy! Total scam. Do not last anything like 120 hours per pack. And good luck getting a reply and money back when you are not happy. Avoid like the plague!

I love the concept of this flexible candle. I have lots of great vessels to put the wax into without needing to collect more jars. The wax pearls don’t stick to or damage the bowl you put them in. I love that they are totally toxin free and environmentally friendly. My only wish is that the scent oils were pure organic essential oils, without any artificial ingredients. Keep up the great work. I will be a repeat customer, for sure.

I think this company is a scam, they said they couldn’t ship to my “remote” area. Have been going back and forth for months on shipping. They say they don’t use USPS, FedEx or UPS, don’t a company in the world that does use at least one of those. Have not refunded me yet either. SCAM!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!

I discovered Warmnest by chance — and what a lovely surprise!
The Pearled candle is not only stunning to look at, it also brings such a cozy, calming atmosphere to my space. The texture, the packaging, the concept… everything feels thoughtful and high-quality.

What impressed me the most is how unique the product is — being able to reuse the candle in different containers and choose your own scent makes it feel so personal and sustainable. It even extinguishes itself if it tips over, which gives me peace of mind.

Customer service was great, and the delivery was smooth. I’ll definitely be ordering again — Warmnest has quickly become a favorite in my home.

Avoid at all costs. I ordered my items on January the 14th, I have had back and forth emails for 6 months, they always blame it on delivery issues. All my items still showing in their store as immediate delivery and yet I’ve been chasing for 6 months. I can’t work out if they are just completely incompetent or whether it’s a scam.

I’ve given them a final chance to solve the issues otherwise I will have to escalate things. I will keep this community updated

Looks cool, smells clean. A bit fiddly at first but overall solid.

I was hesitant at first because of the price, but honestly — it’s worth it. I’ve used the same container three times now and still have plenty of wax pearls left. No smoke, no weird residue, no headaches like with cheap candles. The vanilla oil fills the room gently. And the self-extinguish feature? Genius with pets.
