Misleading
How does company square its eco-credentials when product shipped from China, no information at all on packaging regarding contents, I am highly suspicious of the company profile & marketing. TO BE AVOIDED

Sadly I did not have a good experience
Sadly I did not have a good experience. I was assured the order would definitely arrive before Christmas but it did not. It came from China - I thought I was buying from a small business in Brighton. And no nice packaging, just wax and wicks in a bag - really not worth the bother at all.

Nice product but disappointing experience
My order was delayed and when the wax turned up it wasn't in the decorative packaging advertised on the website. The order should have included 30 wicks as advertised on the website but none were included. This was intended a a gift so I ended up having to get something else.

Total waste of money
Total waste of money. Product took 4 weeks to arrive. Came from China, not local company in Brighton as advertised. Too late for Xmas and when it did arrive, the wax and wick doesn’t even stay alight! Total SCAM, avoid at all costs!

Scam, do not buy
I've had a similar experience as the previous reviewer - ordered £70 worth of wax as a Christmas gift on 03/12/24, failed to arrive by 22/12/24, no indication of delivery, most certainly a scam.
EDIT: Product did finally arrive early January. Can't test it myself because it is a gift. Looks genuine though.
Only about a dozen wicks for 2 big pouches. Packaging poor and plain, does NOT look like a premium product at all.
