This company is an absolute scam.
I ordered a candle and some essencial oils. The package came completely destroyed and all spilled all over. One of the essencial oils was not wrapped in plastic cover but only in a cardboard box that was open, and the bottle was leaking. The wickers were missing. I send an email complaining about this and received a very passive aggressive reply insinuating that it was my fault when opening and that they are building a more intuitive packaging, when in the pictures i sent it was clearly visible that thats how I received the order, plus how the essencial oil was already open. They took no responsibility at all and offered a £15 discount on my NEXT purchase. As if the £50 I spent was not a waste enough they expect me to spend more.
Unfortunately i fell for the instragram advertisement trick, but now realise its a terrible company with a bad product, disorganised and terrible costumer service.

I ordered a number of items from warmnest in the second week of January. 24 hour delivery on their site. It is April next week and I still haven’t received my items. I just get fobbed off when I email that there is a problem with delivery, but all the items I have bought still show as 24 hour delivery. The product looks great but I am now at the point where I feel like I have been scammed. 10 weeks and nothing for something they claim is 24 hour delivery… be careful.

I contacted the company and got very little help - even reading all the small print, I still could not find anything that said you needed to turn the cylinder upside down - lady said I had instructions (which I could not find) and feel I needed to go back to college to understand how to open a box - right way up would be a good start, but this ended up with nearly whole contents on the floor. Burns ok but nasty looking lump of 'wax' once out and when on water, a ring of bits stick to glass.
Delivery was also slow, as mentioned before coming from China - yes a Scam in my view and no option to add a poor review to their site

Damaged Goods -- Is this a scam?

My cardboard cylinder "candle" container was damaged (smashed) in transit, and all the "bits" were scatterd throughout the package, unusable. When I went to the site to get help, the "contact" on the website does not work, so there's no way to contact the company. Is this company a scam? I see no other way to communicate and have essentially lost $40. For the amount of the one cylinder that was not smashed, imo, it is not worth the cost, as well. VERY disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Appalling customer service. Product arrived very late, no wicks included (which I paid for) and contents spilled all over the floor as no instructions that the product has to be opened upside down. After numerous emails to the company they finally offered to send replacement products. These have not appeared and they are now saying they didn’t offer that (I have the emails?!). Truly the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

Had exactly the same issues as everyone else. Took ages to arrive, opened the tubes (with the smallest “lid” uppermost) & still lost a lot of the pearls as they both spilled out. Lit 3 wicks, 1 went out as soon as it reached the pearls and the other 2 so far are barely lit (after 15 mins). Total scam DO NOT BUY is my advice

AVOID - Complete waste of money
Ordered item on 4th Feb, finally arrived on the 22nd despite several emails stating it would arrive within 2 - 3 days. Website does not say where the goods are sent from, they are despatched from China. Only found out when the tracking details arrived. When it finally arrived went to open and the contents ended up spilling everywhere as the box is printed upside down ,so you are actually opening it from the bottom not the top. Complete waste of money and definitely not worth £29.99. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this company.

Ordered mid January for Valentines Day and all I get is emails telling me of courier issues and I should get delivery in 2-5 days!! Still nothing avoid at all costs. !!!UPDATE!!!!!! goods finally arrive and all ok so far. But beware, you have to open the container upside down which is counter intuitive or the pearls will spill everywhere!!!

I ordered the black sand but this doesn’t seem to burn as well as others I’ve had in the past it still works but not as well.

Its a scam. Just don't buy it. Read all the other 1* reveiws - agree with them all.

The image of the "sister" founders is taken from pinterest. This is a lie and a front for a scam.

DO NOT give them money.

What a nightmare. I wish I had read some of these reviews before purchasing. It took weeks to arrive. Then, when it finally arrived, the packaging was so bad that the whole thing just ended up all over the worktop. I've had no response from the company at all to any of my emails. Complete waste of money.

Great product and great communication with the team can’t wait to buy again!

What a disappointment 1st order not too bad but didn't last as long as stated. Decided to order again (mistake) came in tubes this time and spilled over the floor when opened and short measure in both tubs weighed only 14oz instead of 16oz so 4 oz short. Thought the company was based in UK but no from somewhere in China. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Oh my days! Why didn’t I check the reviews. It was exactly as described by other reviewers - a burst of flame for 1 min waning to a pathetic glow for 2 mins and then dying completely. What a shocking waste of money! I complained to the company and. “Laura” replied with some contradictory advice : “ make sure the wicks are deep enough in the pearls and just put the wicks in to the top of the pearls. Also try using more pearls”. VERY DISAPPOINTING. What a scam!

My husband got duped into buying this utter rubbish via an Instagram ad! Who knows what sort of toxic substance they are. A bit of due diligence and you’ll see that the website they have created of two sisters from Brighton who supposedly care for the environment & eco-friendly products, is complete nonsense! Just google the images and you’ll see they were lifted from Pinterest or some such place.
Companies House shows that Heidi and Sirli are not in fact owners of this company & it was only incorporated in 2024.
Refund policy is also a joke - you’re only eligible for a refund 7 days from purchase - good luck if you receive your purchase in 7 months, let alone 7 days!
Save your money folks & don’t be so gullible like my husband!

Ordered mid December. Various messages saying it was on its way and with the logistics partner. Message today saying now they've got new packaging, they can send it. Bare faced liars. DO NOT touch this company. Ant ideas how to raise this poor service so others won't get scammed greatly received.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Ordered early jan & now heading towards end of the month & no sign of my parcel. Told it was "misplaced " & then located & would be with me in a couple of days. Still no sign of my parcel, Wish I hadn't of bothered ordering

Wow I wish I'd read the reviews before buying from this company! Similarly, my package took a long time to arrive and was just two cardboard tubes of wax pearls and a box of wicks - that's it, no leaflet, instructions or anything else. The tubes are in two sections, one smaller part and one larger. The words "Warmnest" are on the larger part and run down to the smaller part. (you can see this on the photos on their website) So when I opened the tube with the words the right way up the WHOLE CONTENTS of the tube came out all over the table. There's no inner lining or bag, no indication on the tube to open it the other way up and no instructions included in the packaging. Fortunately I was able to scoop up most of the wax pearls again but if I'd opened it over the sink or the floor I might have lost the lot. Very poor packaging as even when I tipped the other one I'd purchased up the other way and opened that carefully, the pearls were so close to the top of the open tube it was difficult to pour these into a container without spilling them. I haven't even lit the candles yet so have yet to see how they perform, but I was that disappointed that I felt I should leave a review immediately. Nice concept, but poor execution.

Absolute waste of money. Product arrived about 3 weeks after ordering. I place the candle sand in the jar, paced the wick and lit my candle. The wick quickly burned to the sand level, left a very weak flame, melted a little of the wax and went out. I have relighted the wick several times and the same thing happens. When removing the wick to try a new one the old wick takes out a huge chunk of the candle sand that has moulded together. Don’t waste your money, please!

How does company square its eco-credentials when product shipped from China, no information at all on packaging regarding contents, I am highly suspicious of the company profile & marketing. TO BE AVOIDED
