The workers progressing the project and carrying out the work were efficient and polite, but administration left something to be desired- I am still receiving letters to sign.

The staff we dealt with were extremely helpful. The whole process from the initial inspection of the property, the recommendation's & final inspection after the work was carried out was superb.

Comms was brilliant throughout - was made aware at every stage what was going to happen and when, and everything that did happen (planning, execution, inspection) happened exactly as scheduled.

The process from start to finish was excellent. The lady who surveyed our home was knowledgeable , polite and explained how everything worked. The McInnes group who installed the equipment were above excellent every member of the team worked so hard from start to finish. They respected our house and took pride in doing a good job. The house was left immaculate. Every step was explained to us and safety was paramount at all times throughout the process. We are delighted it is pleasure to sit in our home now.
