I got my warranty through and these guys.I was told i wouldnt have to pay for nothing on the car as everything is cover well it wasnt and i had to pay a lot money for the repairs they take 1400 off you then they will not pay for any repairs the no electricks add blue pumps non of them covered so stay well clear

My warranty was sold to me by Usman, who told me that if I ever had an issue, I should call the number provided.

When I subsequently did have problems with the vehicle, I couldn’t get hold of Usman and found the experience very different from when the warranty was being sold. I was essentially told the warranty wouldn’t become relevant until another six months had passed.

When the vehicle was ultimately being returned because of serious issues, I asked to cancel the warranty. I was initially told it couldn’t be cancelled, but that they could transfer it to another vehicle instead.

I explained that the vehicle was being returned because it was being disputed as not road safe, satisfactory or fit for purpose, and I therefore wanted the warranty cancelled and my money returned.

During this process I also discovered just how closely Warranties UK and Car Loans UK appear to operate. They are based in the same building, there is access between their offices/staff, and during my conversations Warranties UK appeared to have knowledge of information concerning my wider case that I had not provided to them directly.

Once I challenged this and pushed back firmly on the refusal to refund me, the position changed and I eventually received a full refund of everything I had paid.

I absolutely give them credit for ultimately refunding me in full.

However, it should never have required that level of persistence. Being offered a transfer to another vehicle wasn’t what I was asking for. I was returning the underlying vehicle and wanted the associated warranty brought to an end.

The correct outcome was reached eventually. My issue is how difficult it was to get there, and the experience also left me with questions about just how separate Warranties UK and Car Loans UK really are in practice.

Ilsa was Absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. Would definitely recommend to everyone. So friendly. Pleasure.

Usman was excellent in helpime me navigate understanding warranty for my new car. He was extremely attentive, actively listened to my requirements and gave me the best plan that suited my pocket. I would highly recommend Usman and Warranties UK delighted with great customer service and aftercare.

14 day cooling period to which you can cancle your policy,which i did cancle and yet its gone way past 10days to recieve my refund which they still havent sorted!!!quick to take money but not pay it back

Fantastic customer service, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Ilsa in particular ensured I had all my documents immediately, extremely efficient throughout. Would recommend using, warranty extremely comprehensive and appears to cover pretty much everything.

I recently had a 32.00 minutes call with Aneesah from Warranties UK, and I genuinely have to say they are 1000% cut out for customer service.

From their voice, tone and approach, they immediately came across as warm, professional and genuinely interested in helping. They managed to convince me after just one trial to sign up to 5-Year-Warranty but what impressed me most was how patiently they handled my many questions. They were informative, honest and, whenever they were unsure about something, they were comfortable saying so rather than pretending to know. That level of transparency really stood out to me.

Today is also my birthday, and Aneesah showed a lovely human side alongside their professionalism. That personal touch made the conversation feel less like a sales call and more like a genuine interaction with someone who cares about the customer experience.
