Haven't even finished my registration and in less than 2 days I've gotten 6 emails harassing me to complete my registration! They are spamming and too intense! They state that they don't spam emails and as soon as you enter your email you are doomed!

Videos are not great, customer service is horrible!
I wrote 3 times for a refund and got no real response aside from an auto responder that Said they’re Too busy to respond to all the emails.

Complete scam! Sneaky subscription charges monthly.

Not original recipes.
Won't answer eMail requests for them to honor "guarantee"

My mother was charged nearly AU$900 over the last year after purchasing a book bundle.. needless to say she is terrified of buying anything online ever again.
Edit - The company have now refunded about half since I pointed out she had just had just had a knee reconstruction and was absolutely not using their online workout program

Sneaky subscription policy. I ordered the books and that's all I wanted. Since then, my credit card has been charged twice for $43.45. I demanded a refund. However, after reading the previous reviews, I'm not expecting much success here. Probably have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT PURCHASE!! THE BOOKS ARE NOT THAT GOOD AND CERTAINLY NOT WORTH THE PROBLEMS!!!!

Absolute scam. All I wanted was the once off download program. Hidden reoccurring fees which they won't refund. They send me 6 emails a day about bloody keto. Massive mistake trusting this company.

Ongoing Subscription of USD $39.95 pm not clearly disclosed, do not purchase, silently invoicing $39.95pm following purchase of some books. Refund and Cessation requested, let's see if they have any honor or if they subscribe to dirty tricks and hidden conditions. Searched all emails, NO mention of ONGOING subscription or RECURRING MONTHLY Fees, only visible in Terms and Conditions - this is deception and not in good faith at all.

They are such givers !!!!! They just keep giving and giving and giving and giving, and asking extremely tiny payments for all that they are giving !!!!! I am going to trust them for my diet and exercise, because I really believe in them, after all the personal attention, to "little old me" :) I just don't know how they do it, maybe they are led by God... they have thousands of clients, and they want a million lives transformed. And the co-founders Coach Tylor, and Coach Elisa are acting like they know me personally !!!!!! From day one !!!! The first email that they sent me was an e-mail saying, jokingly, that I laughed about for about 2 or 3 days, and ended up telling another person, telling a very funny story, that a woman in an office was screaming to Coach Tyler, "Come quickly !!!!!!" And Coach Tyler tripped and fell on the floor, running to see what the matter was... and said, Do you see what happened? I fell !!!!! And when he got to the woman, he said, What is the matter? And the woman said Stephanie Hacker has decided to join us !!!!!!!" And when I realized they were talking about me, and knowing in my heart that they were doing this for a lot of people, it still brought me a lot of joy, because they went to this huge effort to make us laugh, and feel like we were special... :)
And they have been checking up on ME, about two or three times in maybe one week, which I'm sure they're doing with everybody, but I am writing back to them as if they are talking directly to me, because they really are... And I really don't know how they are keeping up with everything, but they really have a lot of help, but I think the exercises and the diet have a lot to do with the energy and communication between all of them. Which is actually maybe a motivation for me. Because I am queen of all queens of procrastinators, and come from the most anti exercise family, and have every reason under the sun to not get started, with exercise, even the simplest ones of theirs... :( but the diet is something else entirely... I have been trying to better my diet, every day more and more, and help everybody in my life to get in better health, and I don't like to see anybody in pain. Who I love. It just kills me. It's actually what I do. I am a Lifesaver, and I give all the glory to God, for all the knowledge, that He has been giving me more and more. :):):):):):)

And I will quit now, and say what I always say...:) All the best, or God bless, whichever you prefer...:)

Stephie ... 😁
