Prompt service, slight disappointment in condition
Very happy about the time from order to delivery. The watch was “new with box and papers.” The watch does have a few scratches on it when it arrived. The box had some damage and the papers was simply a small book regarding a warranty. I am not purchasing the watch to resell and was happy enough with the price to deal with the scratch. It didn’t come with any warranty information from watchmaxx.

The huge majority of watches come with the warranty inside the booklet or as a card. We offer a 2-year warranty from Watch Warehouse that covers the movement of the watch from any defects. If you ever have issues with receiving a damaged product or have any issues please reach out to us and we'll be glad to investigate the situation and assist.
