Excellent pricing on two high end watches. Arrived super fast and they are beautiful, brand new, & genuine! What more can you ask for in a watch purchase ?!

Received my watch and it is absolutely beautiful. Item came just as described. The size of the watch was smaller than expected. Very petite and I like that even better. Watch came in perfect condition. The only thing that concerned me was the watch came ticking. I wish there was a pin or something on the crown to prevent battery from being drained before usage.

I ordered a watch on Wednesday 05/14/25. I wanted to go through pay-pal and I wanted to pay 6 months same as cash but pay-pal didn't want to do that they wanted me to pay interest so they offered a credit card. So I said yes thinking I will just pay it off in a couple months anyway. Everything went through and I even got a tracking number (paid extra for 1 day shipping). This morning I get to work and look at my emails and the email from them said "declined". Now they already have THE APPROX. 9 GRAND, IT WENT THROUGH IMMEDIATELY. They gave me no explanation, just said declined. They had my money in their hands and they declined to send the watch I bought. Sent a refund!!!
They will not respond and answer why. Now I'm sure they will come on here with some lame excuse because I have forced them to respond by letting you guys know what they did. I tried to get in touch with them but its like I'm blocked, no way in. I don't understand stupidity like this. They had my phone number, and should have called if they had a problem. They had my money in their hands! I'm not angry in the least, shocked maybe, but not angry. I'm insulted, like my little 8.5 or 9 grand isn't good enough. But that's just it, they don't have the nerve to talk to me about it. I don't trust them at all at this point. Good luck to you if you deal with them. I personally think they didn't even have that watch, And since I used paypal they couldn't get away with ripping me off. I think they are a scam.
I'm going to tell my story everywhere I can find a place to warn folks.

I've never charged back on that card I just got it. I buy online all the time with no problem. never charged back anything legit. But I knew you would answer on her like a coward. I've already got a nicer looking watch on the way and I will post about you every where I can. It is a blessing that sale didn't go through. Blame it on an insurance company, that's rich.

The Monteblanc Pen M164 is an item I’ve wanted and was pleased to find it while browsing.

I am dissatisfied with the advertisement displayed showing a case with a lid that closes shut for the pen’s safekeeping; yet the case sent that I received did not have a lid. It was half of a case with a card board tray with no lid that closes shut as advertised.

Please send the correct case with respect to my purchase of the above item as deserved.

I ordered an item this pastWednesday afternoon. I ordered it primarily because of the two day (weekday) free shipping. It is now Sunday and FedEx site indicates that it has been received and labeled. BUT NOT YET SHIPPED.

Was able to find the watch I wanted in stock and delivered on time. I’ve already started looking for my next watch with Watch Warehouse.

It was very simple to place my order, it shipped quickly and arrived in 2 days. The packaging was sufficient and ensured that my beautiful timepiece did not get damaged during transit. I will definitely be ordering from Watch Warehouse again and again in the future! Bravo on a job well done.

Disappointed I bought a Longines watch as a gift for my wife. Less than a month into using it, the watch stopped working properly. I sent it back for repair, and after multiple attempts to get an update on the issue or a timeline, I received no clear answers. They initially promised a repair within 2 weeks. Two months later, the watch was finally returned — and unbelievably, it still wasn't working right out of the box. I called again, and they promised to replace the movement and send it back within a week. I made it very clear that I was flying out of the country and couldn't wait any longer. Today is the promised day — no watch, no call, no email. Total silence. Save your time, money, and frustration — don't risk it.

Excellent customer service. Had a question regarding a watch band and they got back to quickly. Definitely would buy another watch from them in the future.
